OMAHA, Neb. – May 9, 2017 – Forbes' third annual "America's Best Employers" list has named Home Instead Senior Care one of its best employers for 2017. The list was generated using anonymous feedback from employees at the nation's top employers.
Companies on the Best Employers' list range across 25 different industry sectors – from government services to retail to healthcare. While the 2017 list featured a variety of healthcare companies, Home Instead is the only provider of home care services for seniors.

To compile the annual list, Forbes conducts an independent survey from a sample of 30,000 full- and part-time American employees working for large or midsize companies. Participants were asked 35 questions about work-related topics, including whether employees would recommend their employer – with additional weight given to this particular question.

Caring for a client in their own home by staying with them consecutively for 2-4 days each week. The CAREGivers would get sleep at night while their client sleeps; getting up only to assist them as needed throughout the night. Working three (3) 24 hour or Live In shifts would give you $550/wk (gross), then off for 4 days. Your duties can be anything from companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, personal care, ambulation assist & incidental transportation. It is beneficial to be a valid licensed driver with valid WA state Drivers License, Auto Insurance & a clean DMV record.

Open availability M-F from 8a to 8p for various shifts that fall within that time frame. Most shifts are a 3 hour minimum but have the potential to increase as care needs increase. Looking for compassionate individuals looking to provide excellent quality of care to a couple in the 98058 zip code. The shifts will either be Five 6 hour shifts or Two/Three 12 hour day shifts. The care will entail bathing/dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping and ambulation assistance. Must have valid WA state Drivers License, pass a criminal background including no infractions on your driving record & pass a pre employment drug test. Experience is great but not required. We provide HCAC training which will be discussed further at the time of interview.
