Homecare Boylston, MA.​​Boylston, Massachusetts is located in Worcester counties. Located within the 19.7 square miles making up the town, are 3.6 square miles of water. The Wachusett Reservoir, Boston's water source, lies in the northwestern part of Boylston.

Boylston was first settled in 1706. In 1743, the initial petition to incorporate was denied by the British Colonial Governor. Boylston was eventually incorporated in 1786. Boylston was named for Ward Nicholas Boylston, a wealthy and philanthropist of the late 18th century. He was a benefactor of both the Boylston and the church, bequeathing money in his will for the Boylston town hall.

The 2000 census noted the population of Boylston at 4,008 and projected 2010 population of 4,006. 12.3% of the population is 65 or older. 8.6% of all individual households in Boylston have a Boylston senior 65 or older living alone.
