Congratulations to CAREGiver Lu H. for winning February's Above & Beyond incentive program for going that "extra mile"!
Above and Beyond points are awarded each month to CAREGivers who display exceptional service. One can earn points by accepting a last minute shift, changing your schedule to accommodate a client's needs, or by staying later than scheduled as needed by the office.
Lu was awarded points for accepting a very last minute shift that another CAREGiver had called off from. The CAREGiver with the most Above & Beyond points at the end of the month is the winner.
Lu will receive a gift voucher for $25.00. Special mention is made to the runner up this month, Julie C., who also took a very last minute shift.
Our CAREGiver of the month is Joanne E.
Joanne was nominated for this award for the many years she spent bringing such selfless care and great joy to our clients.
Joanne will receive a $50 gift voucher.
