Nick Konstant is the owner of our local Home Instead offices. Having assisted senior family members in the past, Nick's desire to help others in his community led him to the senior care field and Home Instead Senior Care. Prior to accquiring these offices, Nick owned and operated a business for over 30 years. He is a member of the Howard County Coalition of Geratric Services and the Anne Arundel Senior Provider Group. Nick graduated with a BS degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Delaware. Nick and his wife Stephanie are lifelong Marylanders who enjoy being devoted in the activities of their children.
Kimberly Simoni, Director of Staffing & Client Care, Kimberly joined Home Instead in 2008. Kim is certified by the Mental Health Association of Maryland and the Alzheimer's Association to train our caregivers on Alzheimers and mental health.
Anne Kaiser, Director of Community Outreach, joined Home Instead in 2008. Working in the Eldercare industry since 2004, Anne is an experienced resource for families seeking information and guidance on options for aging in their communities. A member of the Anne Arundel County Senior Provider Group and Office on Aging Conference Planning Committee she is also active with the Howard County Coalition of Geriatric Services. A graduate of William Smith College, Anne and her husband live in Annapolis, MD.
Pamela Urnowey, Director of Business Development & Resource Management, Pamela joined Home Instead in 2010. She is an experienced leader in the eldercare Industry with over 22 years experience as Marketing Director, Director and Executive Director with Assisted Living, Rehab/LTC and home care service providers. Pamela served as Chairman for Senior Provider Group of Anne Arundel County, Member of the Coalition of Geriatric Services of Howard County, Active member of The Rotary Club of Annapolis and Chairman for Geriatric Care Partnership of Anne Arundel County.
Lorraine Divers, Staffing Coordinator, Lorraine started her Home Instead career in 2008 with the Roanke, VA office. When relocating to the Maryland area she wanted to continue her work with Home Instead and joined our local office in 2013. Lorraine assist our families, clients and care staff with their schedules daily. She finds joy in helping families, clients and caregivers with getting care and schedules in place that work best for them.
Christine Domigan, Administrative Assistant, Christine joined Home Instead in 2014. Christine has a BA in International Business Development and Communication. She has over 20 years of financial experience in the healthcare industry. Christine assist our clients, families and care staff with billing, long term care insurance and payroll. Christine believes communication is key to all that she does, it is how we, help, cope, learn and grow.
Kelly Payne, Staffing Coordinator, Kelly joined Home Instead in 2016.
Renee Brennan, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Renee joined Home Instead in 2014 and brings 14 years of experience in the senior care industry. Renee is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Rachael George, HR Administrator, Rachael joined Home Instead in 2017.
Sara Brown, RN, Sara joined Home Instead in 2019.
Kathleen joined Home Instead in 2019 as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Howard County and W. Baltimore area.
