Nick Konstant is the owner of our local Home Instead offices. Having assisted senior family members in the past, Nick's desire to help others in his community led him to the senior care field and Home Instead Senior Care. Prior to accquiring these offices, Nick owned and operated a business for over 30 years. He is a member of the Howard County Coalition of Geratric Services and the Anne Arundel Senior Provider Group. Nick graduated with a BS degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Delaware. Nick and his wife Stephanie are lifelong Marylanders who enjoy being devoted in the activities of their children.
Kimberly Simoni, Director of Staffing & Client Care, Kimberly joined Home Instead in 2008. Kim is certified by the Mental Health Association of Maryland and the Alzheimer's Association to train our caregivers on Alzheimers and mental health.
Anne Kaiser, Director of Community Outreach, joined Home Instead in 2008. Working in the Eldercare industry since 2004, Anne is an experienced resource for families seeking information and guidance on options for aging in their communities. A member of the Anne Arundel County Senior Provider Group and Office on Aging Conference Planning Committee she is also active with the Howard County Coalition of Geriatric Services. A graduate of William Smith College, Anne and her husband live in Annapolis, MD.
Pamela Urnowey, Director of Business Development & Resource Management, Pamela joined Home Instead in 2010. She is an experienced leader in the eldercare Industry with over 23 years experience as Marketing Director, Director and Executive Director with Assisted Living, Rehab/LTC and home care service providers. Pamela served as Chairman for Senior Provider Group of Anne Arundel County, Member of the Coalition of Geriatric Services of Howard County, Active member of The Rotary Club of Annapolis and Chairman for Geriatric Care Partnership of Anne Arundel County.
Renee Brennan, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Renee joined Home Instead in 2014 and brings 14 years of experience in the senior care industry. Renee is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Rachael George, HR Administrator, Rachael joined Home Instead in 2017.
Sara Brown, RN, Sara joined Home Instead in 2019.
Ian Crable, Recruitment and Engagement Assistant, Ian joined Home Instead in 2019. Ian works with our Anne Arundel County CAREGivers. A native of New Jersey, Ian moved to Maryland to attend Towson University, where he received a degree in Sociology. He is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Prior to joining Home Instead, Ian worked in healthcare staffing, where he discovered his interest in working in the eldercare field. Ian takes great pride in finding the best CAREGivers for our clients and building relationships with our care staff.
Leah Bailey, Recruitment & Engagement Assistant, Leah joined the team in 2019 as the Recruitment and Engagement Assistant for our office located in Howard County. A life long Howard County resident herself, Leah was inspired to help out the aging population after take care of her grandparents. She continued this interest by receiving a degree from Shippensburg University in Sociology with a minor in Gerontology. Before coming to Home Instead Leah work in the HR and the non profit field for 3 years.
Tayneka Rollins, On Call Coordinator, Tayneka joined Home Instead in 2019.
Christina Taranto, Community Outreach Coordinator, joined Home Instead in 2020. Having a background in non-profit, Christina has always had a passion for helping others. She is experienced in developing meaningful relationships and a resource for those seeking information. Christina is a member of the Coalition of Geriatric Services of Howard County. Christina and her husband live in Elkridge, Maryland.
Eliza has been with Home Instead since 2017 as a CNA and rejoined our team in 2020 as the Scheduling Coordinator.
