Jeff joined the Home Instead team with a vision to provide services to seniors who wish to maintain their independence. Prior to Home Instead, Jeff managed several corporations in multiple areas. However, senior care is where his true passion lies. "When we work with a family and develop a plan of care tailored to their needs, the sense of relief on their face is more than enough satisfaction. It is very rewarding to help families find solutions."
Attending Purdue University, Jeff received a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He grew up in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Jeff enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
Drawing from his own family experiences, Duane has a passion for working with the elderly and allowing them to remain in their comfort zone. He understands the importance of living in one's home and believes all seniors should be given this opportunity. Since joining the company, Duane has helped raise awareness for seniors and the risks of living alone.
Home Instead's CAREGivers are near and dear to Duane's heart. "The service level our CAREGivers provide allows our clients and their families to feel secure in selecting Home Instead," Duane states. Past experiences of providing care for her parents and her uncle have illustrated to Jane the importance of having a caring and passionate individual to help take care of loved ones. She has been working with the CAREGiver staff to help them deliver care at a higher level to provide an exceptional client experience.
Jane graduated from Purdue University, and with her experiences along with her passion for providing care to seniors has her well prepared to manage the daily activities of the office.
A guiding principle of Jane's is: "One can't always visualize the reward, but it's pointless to set expectations if you are not going to try to accomplish them."

to his role of Vice President of Client Services. He can quickly assess
situations and formulate client-focused solutions that instill trust and
confidence. Clients enjoy and admire his leadership, identifying
solutions that provide them the opportunities to stay at home. Kevin
thrives on seeing those he serves live independently.
Kevin is an
avid reader who enjoys Indy Car Racing and cheering on the Indianapolis
Colts. He and his wife of 40 years, Peggy, have two wonderful children
and were recently blessed with their first grandchild.
From a young age, Jackie knew she wanted to care for seniors. From visiting individuals in hospitals to singing carols at nursing homes, senior care truly was her passion. As Client Care Coordinator, she works with clients and their families to assure the best level of care is received through routine home checkups and telephone inquiries. Prior to Home Instead, Jackie worked as a certified nursing assistant in various nursing facilities throughout Indianapolis focusing mainly on care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
Jackie states, "I love being active with families and providing them with solutions, I love making a difference in the lives of seniors and I love working with clients to help maintain their lifestyle at home. Home is where your heart is!"
Amanda works directly with clients and understands the value of establishing relationships with families through routine home visits. She is passionate about helping others and ensuring that they are receiving the best possible care. Amanda worked as a Home Health Aide for over 10 years; during this time, she worked for the Home Instead in Laporte, Indiana. She went on to college and earned a degree as a Medical Assistant in 2010.
It is through all of her experience, training, and education that her passion grew and her knowledge expanded concerning the trends surrounding our aging population. She also works hands-on with our CAREGivers, training them, sharing her knowledge, and explaining the value of adapting to each individual in terms of personality, as well as, the care needs concerning each person. Ensuring that each client that she sees is able to live in the comfort and safety of their own home is very close to her heart.
Crystal is the first point of contact for families wishing to receive or looking to inquire about services. She works directly with clients and their families to assure the highest level of care is received. She meets clients in their homes to assist them in putting together the best care plan tailored to their needs. Crystal leads with compassion, knowledge, and empathy. She personally understands the importance of remaining in the comfort of one's own home, while continuing to receive excellent care.Crystal brings years of experience, having worked as a CAREGiver for over 10 years. She values the importance of trust, respect, and relationship building. She attained her Bachelor's degree from SNHU. Crystal is now able to fulfill her desire of assisting clients on a more personal level, coaching them, and standing by their side through their entire journey of remaining in the home.
Kathy manages the recruitment of CAREGivers, coordinates orientation, and handles many of the daily office functions. "The thing I love the most about my job is knowing that I am helping the seniors in my community be able to stay in their homes." Kathy has worked in healthcare for the past 16 years in management and marketing. She has always enjoyed spending time with seniors and has personal care-giving experience by caring for her grandmother and live-in mother-in-law for years. The Home Instead CAREGiver she had for her family member also gave her the support she needed and a peace of mind that her loved one was in good hands. This is when she decided she wanted to work in home care because it makes such a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Kathy enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, crafts and reading. Her favorite sayings are "Do what you love" and "Make the most of every day."
