Jeff Sewell - Owner

Jeff Sewell - Owner

Jeff joined the Home Instead team with a vision to provide services to seniors who wish to maintain their independence. "Our Home Instead office has been serving the Indianapolis market for over 20 years. We are proud of the strong reputation our CAREGivers have built and will continue to uphold this status," said Jeff. 

Prior to Home Instead, Jeff managed several corporations in multiple areas. However, senior care is where his true passion lies. "When we work with a family and develop a plan of care tailored to their needs, the sense of relief on their face is more than enough satisfaction. It is very rewarding to help families find solutions."

Attending Purdue University, Jeff received a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He grew up in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Jeff enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife and three children. 


Duane Sinn - Owner

Duane Sinn - Owner

Drawing from his own family experiences, Duane has a passion for working with the elderly and allowing them to remain in their comfort zone. He understands the importance of living in one's home and believes all seniors should be given this opportunity. Since joining the company, Duane has helped raise awareness for seniors and the risks of living alone. 

Home Instead's CAREGivers are near and dear to Duane's heart. "The service level our CAREGivers provide allows our clients and their families to feel secure in selecting Home Instead," Duane states. "We truly have an amazing group of dedicated CAREGivers who are changing the lives of our clients every day by providing the assistance they need."​​


Jane Sewell - Office Manager

Jane Sewell - Office Manager

​Past experiences of providing care for her parents and her uncle have illustrated to Jane the importance of having a caring and passionate individual to help take care of loved ones. She has been working with the CAREGiver staff to help them deliver care at a higher level to provide an exceptional client experience.

Jane graduated from Purdue University, and with her experiences along with her passion for providing care to seniors has her well prepared to manage the daily activities of the office.

A guiding principle of Jane's is: One can't always visualize the reward, but it's pointless to set expectations if you are not going to try to accomplish them.


Kevin Huston - VP of Client Services

Kevin Huston - VP of Client Services

Kevin brings decades of client-centered marketing and management experience to his role of Vice President of Client Services. He can quickly assess situations and formulate client-focused solutions that instill trust and confidence. Clients enjoy and admire his leadership, identifying solutions that provide them the opportunities to stay at home. Kevin thrives on seeing those he serves live independently.

Kevin is an avid reader who enjoys Indy Car Racing and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts. He and his wife of 40 years, Peggy, have two wonderful children and were recently blessed with their first grandchild.


Jackie White - Client Services Coordinator

Jackie White - Client Services Coordinator

​From a young age, Jackie knew she wanted to care for seniors. From visiting individuals in hospitals to singing carols at nursing homes, senior care truly was her passion. As Client Care Coordinator, she works with clients and their families to assure the best level of care is received through routine home checkups and telephone inquiries. Prior to Home Instead, Jackie worked as a certified nursing assistant in various nursing facilities throughout Indianapolis focusing mainly on care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.

Jackie states," I love being active with families and providing them with solutions, I love making a difference in the lives of seniors and I love working with clients to help maintain their lifestyle at home. Home is where your heart is!"​​


Amanda Jones - Client Care Coordinator

Amanda Jones - Client Care Coordinator

Amanda works directly with clients and understands the value of establishing relationships with families through routine home visits. She is passionate about helping others and ensuring that they are receiving the best possible care. Amanda worked as a Home Health Aide for over 10 years; during this time, she worked for the Home Instead in Laporte, Indiana. She went on to college and earned a degree as a Medical Assistant in 2010.

It is through all of her experience, training, and education that her passion grew and her knowledge expanded concerning the trends surrounding our aging population. She also works hands-on with our CAREGivers, training them, sharing her knowledge, and explaining the value of adapting to each individual in terms of personality, as well as, the care needs concerning each person. Ensuring that each client that she sees is able to live in the comfort and safety of their own home is very close to her heart.


Crystal Carroll - Family Services Coordinator

Crystal Carroll - Family Services Coordinator

Crystal works directly with clients and their families to assure the highest level of care is received through routine home visits. Crystal leads with compassion and empathy. She personally understands the importance of remaining in the comfort of one's own home, while continuing to receive excellent care.

Crystal brings years of experience, having worked as a CAREGiver for over 10 years. She values the importance of trust, respect, and relationship building. She attained her Bachelor's degree from SNHU and is now able to fulfill her desire of assisting clients on a more personal level, assisting them through their entire journey of remaining in the home.


Mayra Giron - Human Resources Manager

Mayra Giron - Human Resources Manager

Mayra's experience in human resources and her many years of home care experience, allows her the knowledge to select only the best CAREGivers. Her focus includes talent management, organizational development, training and development coaching, and quality​ improvements. She has additional experience in the legal industry, but found home care was her calling as it provides the satisfaction of caring for those in need of the comfort of their own home.
