​Kristi Campbell is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care of Tampa and Brandon and employs more than 130 full and part-time employees. Kristi's passion for providing the best possible care for seniors inspires her staff every day. For Kristi, the most fulfilling aspect of owning two Home Instead franchises is turning new clients in need into new friends and making a positive change in their lives.

​​As a professional nurse for over 40 years, Pam has always had a special affinity for seniors. She believes they are truly the "Greatest Generation". Every day, it is Pam's honor to assist seniors and their families in providing the best at-home care possible. She takes inspiration from her father, a retired army captain, and his mother, who taught Pam the importance of respect and dignity for an aging loved one. To Pam, the Home Instead motto rings especially true: "to us, it's personal"

​Danielle works in home care to help others who can no longer do so for themselves. She enjoys putting happiness in their voices and knowing she is making a difference in their lives.

When Janie found herself seeking employment, she knew that she wanted to do something purposeful and fulfilling.  She has always tried to live a life of service and one that spreads a little joy to those she meets. Little did she know when she joined the Home Instead Team that her life was about to change and that she was going to be the recipient of the many blessings that come with working in the health care industry.  She loves her daily interactions with our clients and knowing that the services we provide are helping so many families who are walking the journey of senior living with their loved ones. 


Lynda, Intake Specialist/Client Care Coordinator

Lynda, Intake Specialist/Client Care Coordinator

Having cared for her Aunt with Alzheimer’s in-home for many years, Lynda developed a personal interest in the home care industry. This prompted her to accept a position teaching art to adults with disabilities. These opportunities, along with many years of customer service experience, have made for a smooth transition into the Client Care position at Home Instead. Lynda loves sharing the Home Instead culture with our clients and working with our caregivers to ensure our senior community can maintain their independence at home.

Brandi has worked in various aspects of the healthcare industry for over 8 years.  Her true passion is working with families.  When she came to Home Instead, she discovered how much she enjoyed building relationships with our families and providing excellent care to our clients.

Jennifer graduated from USF with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science because she has a true passion for providing quality care to the community. After graduating, Jennifer wanted to pursue her healthcare career helping others in a rewarding way.  At Home Instead Senior Care she seeks out healthcare professionals who are committed to supporting and building relationships with our clients. It touches her heart strings to hear moving stories from our clients how much of a difference it’s made in their lives.

Karla, Staffing Coordinator

Karla started as a volunteer in Venezuela of the age of 16. She has always been passionate to care for the elderly as she also helps to take care of her great grandmother that had dementia and that’s when she realized that she could do more and became a CAREGiver. Even though she loves being a CAREGiver, as a staffing coordinator, she feels she can provide assistance to multiple seniors to make sure that all the clients have consistent daily care.

Zebe has worked in Senior Home Care for eight years and has a  passion for helping the senior community. She is committed about making a difference in our clients lives on a daily basis by showing a compassionate heart and understanding their needs. She enjoys working in the office with our team to make sure our clients receive the best possible experience.​

​Jeanette grew up with her Great Grandmother in her home, and enjoyed spending time with her. She came to Home Instead because of her love for the elderly community and enjoys her interactions via phone with our clients.
