​Kristi Campbell is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care of Tampa and Brandon and employs more than 130 full and part-time employees. Kristi's passion for providing the best possible care for seniors inspires her staff every day. For Kristi, the most fulfilling aspect of owning two Home Instead franchises is turning new clients in need into new friends and making a positive change in their lives.

When Janie found herself seeking employment, she knew that she wanted to do something purposeful and fulfilling.  She has always tried to live a life of service and one that spreads a little joy to those she meets. Little did she know when she joined the Home Instead Team that her life was about to change and that she was going to be the recipient of the many blessings that come with working in the health care industry.  She loves her daily interactions with our clients and knowing that the services we provide are helping so many families who are walking the journey of senior living with their loved ones.

Lynda, Intake Specialist/Client Care Coordinator

Having cared for her Aunt with Alzheimer’s in-home for many years, Lynda developed a personal interest in the home care industry. This prompted her to accept a position teaching art to adults with disabilities. These opportunities, along with many years of customer service experience, have made for a smooth transition into the Client Care position at Home Instead. Lynda loves sharing the Home Instead culture with our clients and working with our caregivers to ensure our senior community can maintain their independence at home.

​Danielle works in home care to help others who can no longer do so for themselves. She enjoys putting happiness in their voices and knowing she is making a difference in their lives.

Brandi has worked in various aspects of the healthcare industry for over 8 years.  Her true passion is working with families.  When she came to Home Instead, she discovered how much she enjoyed building relationships with our families and providing excellent care to our clients.  


Karla, Staffing Coordinator

Karla, Staffing Coordinator

Karla started as a volunteer in Venezuela of the age of 16. She has always been passionate to care for the elderly as she also helps to take care of her great grandmother that had dementia and that’s when she realized that she could do more and became a CAREGiver. Even though she loves being a CAREGiver, as a staffing coordinator, she feels she can provide assistance to multiple seniors to make sure that all the clients have consistent daily care.

“Growing up next door to her grandparents, Haley has always had a passion and love for seniors. After working in the Activities department at a nursing home in college, she knew she was meant to work in this field and try to make a difference in people’s lives. At Home Instead, Haley strives to educate the community on our services in order to make sure seniors can get the best care they deserve.”

Zebe has worked in Senior Home Care for eight years and has a  passion for helping the senior community. Jeanette grew up with her Great Grandmother in her home, and enjoyed spending time with her. She came to Home Instead because of her love for the elderly community and enjoys her interactions via phone with our clients.

Buffy started her career in the medical field 8 years ago. Her goal was to help people in a time of need. She found her way to Home Instead Senior Care while she was looking for a job where she could truly make a difference. Now everyday she gets the privilege of working directly with caregivers that provide exceptional care to our senior community.


Alyssa, Receptionist

Alyssa, Receptionist

​Alyssa has always had a passion for helping people. As a young girl she would spend time with her elderly neighbor, bringing her meals, playing board games with her or just watching game shows. Ever since she has wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to help the senior community. As an adult Alyssa has cared for her father-in-law while he struggles with dementia. She understands on a personal level how hard it can be for everyone involved when a loved one is dealing with dementia. Alyssa is excited for the opportunity to share her compassion with her community.
