Rob Costello is the President of the local Home Instead franchise that covers Palm Desert, Palm Springs and surrounding cities. His local office has proudly been providing excellent service to seniors since 1996.
Rob has the passion to help others and make a difference in the community, which has helped him develop a highly motivated staff and become the area leader in quality home care. He believes it is important to give back to his community and participates in causes that are important to him-helping those in need. His Home Instead Senior Care office and team help assist seniors with non-medical home care needs, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes. Their excellent caregivers can also provide additional help in assisted-living facilities and care centers.

Renee's primary responsibility as Office Manager is to ensure that our office staff exceeds the expectations of every client and family member with whom we work. She works closely with our office staff and CAREGivers to ensure that we provide quality services to our clients. She knows the Home Instead mission well. Along with maintaining the day-to-day office activities, Renee also shares responsibilities of meeting with prospective clients to answer their questions and address their needs. We are fortunate to have her as one of the leaders on our team.
Regina has been with the company since 2006. She brought to the company 20 years of experience in the medical field having worked for Medicare SSI, as an insurance biller for several doctors, as a CNA for skilled nursing facilities and in acute hospital settings, and as an Administrative Medical Assistant for an adult trade school.
Regina is responsible for caregiver interviews, in-house training, background screening and annual quality assurance visits to our clients, hosting educational workshops for family caregivers. If needed, she will fill in as a caregiver for our hospice clients. Regina is a team player and an asset to our overall operation.
Nathan is a local resident of the valley and resides here year-round! He has been working in the home care industry for the last decade, doing everything from caregiving to admin work in our office. Nathan came to our Home Instead team in 2016 as a CAREGiver and is now responsible for onboarding our new CAREGivers. He keeps up with the ever growing demand for excellent, highly trained and compassionate CAREGivers for our clients! Nathan loves his job and said, "I couldn't be happier to be a part of the Home Instead Senior Care team and this is an amazing company to work for!"
Christina is a native of the valley and a proud mother of two (ages 2 and 15). Christina went to medical college for administration, but her compassion led her to caregiving. Soon after, Christina would shift her talents to become the lead Office Manager at a corporate home care agency with more than 300 clients. We are proud to have Christina leading our Quality Assurance program at Home Instead Senior Care. Her goal is making sure our clients and their families are provided with the utmost care and to ensure that any change in needs is always met with the best CAREGivers possible.
