Tyler Tuggle is the owner of the Towson Home Instead Office. Tyler grew up in a family that took pride in caring for his grandparents and did everything possible to keep them in their homes. He spent many weekends performing chores at his grandmother's home, and he understands the importance of allowing seniors to live with dignity. Tyler is an Army veteran with a wide variety of business experience. He worked in program management for both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to purchasing this office, Tyler worked as a Strategy Business Consultant. He moved to the DC/Maryland area in the mid-2000s to attend college and has made it his home. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's degree in Government. He also has an M.B.A. focusing in General Management. During his personal time he enjoys climbing, running, and hiking with his Labrador Retriever named Trigger.
Cindy Cunningham, RN is the General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care in Towson, Maryland. Cindy previously had extensive experience in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. In the beginning of her nursing career, she worked in the Emergency Department at St. Joseph Hospital for 23 years. Along with this experience, Cindy also passionately aided in her grandmother's hospice care. Due to this, Cindy grew a devotion for keeping seniors safely in their homes while restoring their quality of life. Cindy has a great loyalty for helping others, as shown through her prior experiences in healthcare and homecare. During her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time on the beach and being with her family.
Renee Fregeau joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2018 as a Staffing Coordinator and has been in the senior care industry since graduating from John Carroll University in 2016. Renee has a passion for paying it forward to her seniors and their loved ones to make sure that they are receiving the quality of life they deserve. In her free time, she loves to bounce around and travel between Buffalo, NY and Cleveland, OH visiting her friends and family! Renee lives in Towson with her two fur kitties, Callie and Carlos.
Zoe Bray graduated from Towson University in May 2015 and has been working closely with seniors ever since. She started out in the Activities Department of a skilled nursing facility and moved on to work for Home Instead Senior Care in February 2018. She loves helping ensure the elderly population continues to live their lives to the fullest while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. In her spare time, she loves hiking, kayaking (really anything outside enjoying nature), and traveling with her husband.
Alyssa graduated from Penn State in 2017 with a BS in Psychology and a BA in Advertising. She moved to Baltimore to join our Home Instead team in 2018, and has been serving seniors in our community ever since. In addition to recruiting and onboarding, Alyssa enjoys helping seniors remain safely in their homes while providing their families with peace of mind. Alyssa is a pasta enthusiast, and in her free time, enjoys traveling, yoga, and baking.
Angelina August is the Office Coordinator for Home Instead, Towson. Before coming to Home Instead Angelina was in the field of Early Childhood Education for 25 years. She decided to change careers after helping to care for her father. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and extended family.
Mikaila Ward started out working in the Activities Department of an Assisted Living Facility after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Gerontology. She then joined Home Instead in 2019 as a Home Care Consultant. She has always had a passion for working with and helping seniors live a quality life. Outside of work, Mikaila enjoys exercising, baking and musicals!
Zach graduated from Towson University in December 2019 with a B.S. degree in Communication Studies & Political Science. Prior to attending Towson, Zach also received an A.A.S degree in Business Management - Marketing from Harford Community College. Before joining Home Instead in November 2019, Zach had work experience as a customer service manager and served as a peer mentor while in school. He has a passion for helping others, especially seniors and their families. Outside of work, Zach enjoys running, traveling, and listening to Fleetwood Mac.
