Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers in the Greater Las Vegas area.  We provide services throughout the Las Vegas Valley including Henderson, Green Valley, Summerlin, Northwest Las Vegas, and Boulder City.  Become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Hands on Personal Care
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Companionship
*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a Nevada driver’s license and valid auto insurance
  • Complete a physical and TB testing
  • Be 21 years of age or older

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a steady multi-tasker to join us on our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This role is at the center of our business with the main responsibility of  connecting our care giving work force with our senior clients.This person must thrive is a fast paced environment,be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reflect the values of (KBR, Inc.), (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise).
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
  • Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter the information into the software system and work with team to communicate and prepare for the Care Consultation
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
 
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Participate as needed in all CAREGiver meetings
  • On call after hours as needed
  • Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary. 
  • In-home quality assurance visits as needed
  • CAREGiver Introductions as needed
Qualifications
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Proficient typing skills and software knowledge
  • 1+ years in a clerical or office administrative position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have CNA training

Home Care Consultant

Join us on our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  Home Instead is looking for a successful professional with experience in customer service/sales/marketing. This position is responsible for maximizing our existing referral relationships, as well as seeking out and establishing new referral relationships. We are looking for a high energy and results oriented candidate who is committed to the growth of our organization. This individual must be a self starter, have excellent relationship management skills and be adaptable to the ever- changing senior care industry. 

 

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reflect the core values of KBR, Inc. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.
  • Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals; performs all phases of sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead® services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts, including follow-up, as necessary.
  • In conjunction with Home Instead Senior Care franchise leadership, develops sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead Senior Care brand. Effectively presents Home Instead Senior Care marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records. 
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and co-workers.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client/CAREGiverSM introductions as needed
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits with clients as needed
  • Participate in various PR strategies
