The experience of caring for her 90 year old grandmother at home led
Bonnie to Home Instead Senior Care. "My grandmother's fear was that she
would go into a nursing home, I did not want that for her or any other
senior who with some assistance can stay independent at home."
She brings over 25 of years management experience to her franchise,
including, Assistant Manager to a Bank of America financial services
company, Publisher of the Greater Las Vegas Apartment Guide and as
President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association. She also was
selected to be included in the publication of Distinguished Men and
Women of Southern Nevada.
Gabby joined our team in 2016. As the Office Coordinator, Gabby assists Clients, our CAREGivers and Administrative staff. Gabby relocated to Las Vegas from Southern California where she worked in the banking industry for over 25 years. Her most recent position was as a Quality Control Coordinator. Her work experience includes management, customer service, and support of branch staff. Gabby has also has been a family caregiver for her own Mom and enjoys helping families with their home care needs. Gabby is married and has three children.
Valerie joined our team in 2018 as a Home Care Consultant. Valerie's experience working with seniors led her to Home Instead Senior Care. Valerie's experience includes working with Humana Health Care as an event planner and Catholic Charities as a Senior Services Program Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Social work and began her career as a social worker and case manager. Valerie says, "my proudest achievement is raising my children, a son and a daughter who are kind, caring individuals." Valerie is married and shares her home with three dogs, and a cat named Snake!
Tiffany joined our office in January of 2004. As Client Care Manager
she is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of Client
Care. She is responsible for maintaining schedules for our clients and
their CAREGivers. Tiffany enjoys supporting our staff with their
shared mission for Home Instead to be the trusted source for home care
services in Southern Nevada. Tiffany is married and has two daughters.
Cheryl's responsibilities include selecting our CAREGivers and making sure they have the training and support to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Cheryl started with Home Instead as our Office Coordinator and she assisted in processing new CAREGivers and Clients, answering questions for families that are interested in services. Cheryl also worked as an Education Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cheryl is married and has a son.
Audra worked with our team as a CAREGiver over 10 years ago and became a stay at home Mom. We are happy to have her back as our CAREGiver Administrative Assistant. Audra has worked in Health Care in many capacities including as a Radiology Aid, Phlebotomist, Rehab Aid and Nurses Aid. She has also worked in hospital settings in a administrative capacity. Quality patient care has always been her focus and she is excited about working with our team of quality CAREGivers. Audra is married and has three children.
