Bonnie Reppert - Franchise Owner

Bonnie Reppert - Franchise Owner

​The experience of caring for her 90 year old grandmother at home led Bonnie to Home Instead Senior Care.  "My grandmother's fear was that she would go into a nursing home, I did not want that for her or any other senior who with some assistance can stay independent at home."

She brings over 25 of years management experience to her franchise, including,  Assistant Manager to a Bank of America financial services company,  Publisher of the Greater Las Vegas Apartment Guide and as President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association.  She also was selected to be included in the publication of Distinguished Men and Women of Southern Nevada.  


Luke Johnson - General Manager

Luke Johnson - General Manager Luke joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2009 to oversee all areas of the business.  He is responsible for working with our administrative staff to manage the needs of our clients, their families and our CAREGivers.   Luke also helped care for his Great-Grandmother at home.  Luke says "my goal as General Manager is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their home." Luke is married and has one son.​​

Gabriela "Gabby" Saldivar-Office Coordinator

Gabriela "Gabby" Saldivar-Office Coordinator

​Gabby joined our team in 2016.  As the Office Coordinator, Gabby assists Clients, our CAREGivers and Administrative staff.  Gabby relocated  to Las Vegas from Southern California where she worked in the banking industry for over 25 years.  Her most recent position was as a Quality Control Coordinator.  Her work experience includes management, customer service, and support of branch staff.  Although Gabby is new to health care, she has been a family caregiver for her own Mom.  Gabby is married and has three children.  


Rochelle Sajna - Client Services Manager

Rochelle Sajna - Client Services Manager Rochelle joined our staff in 2002. She is responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of Client Care. Rochelle also maintains the schedules for our clients and their CAREGivers.   Rochelle says, "What I find rewarding about my position is to see the relationships our clients and CAREGivers develop, they become part of the family." Rochelle is married, has three daughters, and two grandchildren.

Tiffany Johnson - Client Services Manager

Tiffany Johnson - Client Services Manager

Tiffany joined our office in January of 2004.  As Client Care Manager she is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of Client Care. She is responsible for maintaining schedules for our clients and their CAREGivers.   Tiffany enjoys supporting our staff with their shared mission for Home Instead to be the trusted source for home care services in Southern Nevada. Tiffany is married and has one daughter.​


Cheryl Phillips - Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Cheryl Phillips - Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

​Cheryl's responsibilities include selecting our CAREGivers and making sure they have the training and support to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.  Cheryl started with Home Instead as our Office Coordinator and she assisted in processing new CAREGivers and Clients, answering questions for families that are interested in services.   Cheryl also worked as an Education Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cheryl is married and has a son.​​


Karen Weible - Client Care Coordinator

Karen Weible - Client Care Coordinator Karen conducts our ongoing quality assurance visits with our clients, the client's family, CAREGivers and other providers to connect with everyone involved in the care plan.  Karen has a great compassion for others and recently cared for her grandfather who has Alzheimer's.  Karen has had CNA training and her experience also includes reviewing patient records for proper documentation. Karen is married, has two sons. ​​

Linda Freimanis-Home Care Consultant, West Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Sun City

Linda Freimanis-Home Care Consultant, West Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Sun City Linda began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2008. Her responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients primarily in the West Las Vegas Valley to develop a customized Care Plan that meets their individual needs.  Linda also maintains relationships with health care professionals to provide information on the services and options Home Instead Senior Care offers families.  Linda is married and has three daughters and seven grandchildren.​​

Karen Alexa Palangan-Home Care Consultant-Henderson, Boulder City, Las Vegas

Karen Alexa Palangan-Home Care Consultant-Henderson, Boulder City, Las Vegas

​Karen has a B.S. in Public Health Administration from the Northern Illinois University.  Her past experience includes an Internship at the Advocate Childrens Hospital and as a Client Care Advocate for a home care agency in the Chicago area.  Karen's role as a Home Care Consulant for Home Instead Senior Care is to create an individualized care plan for our clients and work with their health care providers to provide the highest quality of care. Karen says "what makes me the happiest is spending quality time with people, helping them and making them laugh". She loves to travel and new experiences.  


Molly Horton - Finance Manager

Molly Horton -  Finance Manager Molly began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 1996 as the first staff member.  Her experience with the company included filling all roles as the company grew.  She is currently responsible for accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing and financial management.  She says, "our CAREGivers are truly the heart of the company." Molly is married and has two children.​​
