Home Instead Senior Care offers an extensive variety of in-home care services. Which focuses on non-medical care. This helps support family members, and allows the client to continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home. Our trusted CAREGivers are trained to handle your loved one with specialized care to fit their daily needs. These needs can vary from companionship care, to bathing and personal services, to Alzheimer’s and other dementias care.
Our home care can be broken down into five categories: companionship and home helper, personal services, transitional services, Alzheimer's or other dementias care, and hospice support.
Companionship and Home Helper: Our CAREGivers help with the day to day, meal preparation, medication reminders, and even light housekeeping. They also can escort your loved one to the doctor's office or errands that need to be done. Most importantly, with our companion care your loved will not be alone. The constant interaction with our CAREGivers help create a bond with the client developing a more meaningful relationship, this helps the client mentally. For elderly family members, this human connection may be the most valuable component of in-home care.
Personal Services: If your loved one is having trouble with walking and getting around or has a small range of motion that makes personal care difficult, we can help. Our CAREGivers are trained to deliver personal care with dignity. Helping your loved one with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.
Transitional Care: Our transitional services provide transportation when necessary. As our loved ones age they might lose the ability to drive and simple errands like picking up prescriptions or grocery shopping become increasingly difficult. With our transportation services your CAREGiver will get your elderly loved one from A to B safely. We aim to provide a service that makes the day to day easier and less stressful for everyone.
Alzheimer’s or other Dementias Care: Home Instead CAREGivers are trained to care for clients with Alzheimer’s and other Dementias. Our CAREGivers help manage behavioral symptoms and encourage engagement. As well as maintaining a safe environment for your loved one.
Hospice Support: We focus on supplemental support, and respite for family caregivers. This service allows you to take a break from caregiving and time to process your hardship. At a time like this, you should be allowed to take off the 'caregiver' badge and simply be the loving daughter, son or grandchild.
These services are aimed to achieve one central goal, and that is to create a safe environment that will allow your elderly loved one to live at home. Our home care services are meant to work around your home care needs. We will work with you and your loved one to create the best care plan. Home Instead Senior Care
