Home Instead Senior Care Featured on Forbes’ 2017 Best Employers ListOMAHA, Neb. – May 9, 2017 – Forbes' third annual "America's Best Employers" list has named Home Instead Senior Care one of its best employers for 2017. The list was generated using anonymous feedback from employees at the nation's top employers.

Companies on the Best Employers' list range across 25 different industry sectors – from government services to retail to healthcare. While the 2017 list featured a variety of healthcare companies, Home Instead is the only provider of home care services for seniors.

To compile the annual list, Forbes conducts an independent survey from a sample of 30,000 full- and part-time American employees working for large or midsize companies. Participants were asked 35 questions about work-related topics, including whether employees would recommend their employer – with additional weight given to this particular question.

Interested in joining Colorado Springs #1 Home Care Agency? Home Instead Senior Care has been established in Colorado Springs for 20 years and is seeking a positive, curious, energetic, and experienced Home Care Liaison to collaborate quality care with our referral providers in El Paso and Teller counties. In addition, the Home Care Liaison is responsible for educating referral providers with the goal of generating client referrals to the world's trusted in-home care for seniors and their families. If driving referrals, developing relationships, and being out in the market on your feet hit your sweet spot, then we want to hear from you!

  • Research and develop client relationships and produce referrals. Perform all phases of our sales process, including preparation and documentation of follow-up calls, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts, including follow-up, as necessary.
     

  • Achieve inquiry generation objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share.
  • In conjunction with Home Instead leadership, develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Effectively present Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations.
     

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
     
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Related business or sales experience (consultative sales a plus)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
