Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Owner and Office Manager
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: 1955 N. Union Blvd., Colorado Springs
Hours: Full time 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday, with occasional (paid) on-call shifts outside of regular office hours
Pay: DOE

Experience Required: High school diploma; 1+ years of recent experience in an administrative assistant or similar position
Duties: The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and a willingness to make a difference. The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical duties, such as answering our busy phones, filing, faxing, and data entry.  Additionally, this position assists with recruitment/retention, supports other staff members with clerical tasks, all while providing the highest quality service to clients and CAREGivers. 

Must demonstrate the following competencies:

Keeps others informed.  Composes clear, precise, and well-organized written messages by using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.  Able to present message behind the written statement.
  • Customer Focus:  Regularly monitors customer satisfaction. Meets internal and external customer needs in ways that provide satisfaction and excellent results for the customer. Establishes “partner” relationships with customers. Regarded as visible and accessible by customers.
