Employee Experience Manager
Cynthia joined Home Instead of Lincoln, NE in October of 2017. She came on as a CAREGiver after moving back to Nebraska to be near her sons and their families. She had worked previously for Home Instead in Cheyenne, WY as their Human Resources Manager. After a year and a half as a CAREGiver, Cynthia began working as a Lead CAREGiver and then became the Employee Experience Manager in April of 2019. Cynthia loves working with seniors, hearing their life experiences and also working with CAREGivers to give them the training and resources necessary to provide the most excellent care to our clients!
When not at Home Instead, she loves being with her husband, Kevin, outdoors kayaking and hiking and all things Husker football!! She enjoys going on 'explores' with her husband and visiting state historical sites as well as visiting the Nebraska State Parks!
