Congratulations to our
March CAREGiver of the Month, Brian Brockman! Brian has been with the company since
2016. He has continued working at this chiropractic office while CAREGiving for
Home Instead. He is extremely dependable despite his busy schedule! Brian has
truly taken the lead with his clients in their care. So much so that he has
continued to care for the same couple since his first month with Home Instead!
Brian not only shares his heart with his clients but also his fellow
CAREGiver’s. He rearranged his schedule to stay over night with his clients
during a blizzard, so his fellow CAREGiver’s wouldn’t have to brave the snow.

She takes the lead by being reliable, staying positive, and sharing her heart with her clients and their families. One of Gina's clients told us that she is the daughter she never had. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. Gina opens doors for her, makes sure she has her favorite snacks at all times, and even paints her nails her favorite color.

responsiveness, positivity, and willingness to help wherever is needed. When

like the Home Instead slogan, to me it is personal”.
Mary is extremely hardworking, something her parents instilled in her and her sisters growing up. She has always given 110% into everything she does and goes the extra mile for her clients. She has been known to do tasks even when they haven't been asked of her. Mary has been with Home Instead for 6 years and says she wishes she would have started with the company sooner. She has enjoyed getting to know her fellow Caregivers and loves sharing fond memories of clients with them. She makes a huge difference in the lives of her clients, but her clients make a difference in her life too.
