Mark joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2003. As business performance director of the Omaha Metro and West Omaha Franchises, Mark is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, providing leadership for the Omaha franchises and ensuring that Home Instead Senior Care is synonymous with providing the highest level of quality care in Omaha.Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communication in August of 2001. In 2003, Mark joined Home Instead as business performance manager for the Northeast region. Most recently, Mark has managed the Pacific, West, Northeast and Great Lakes region as director of business performance. In his new role, Mark will continue to oversee the Northeast and Great Lakes region, as well as manage the daily operations of the Omaha franchises.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their four kids, coaching soccer, fishing and traveling for work.

Taylor joined Home Instead Senior Care in July, 2015 as a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Her primary role is to find extraordinary candidates to become CAREGivers and add to our ever growing family. She also maintains a relationship with our current CAREGivers to ensure their success and make sure their experience with Home Instead Senior Care is positive and rewarding.
Taylor received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Kansas. She recently moved back to Omaha after living in North Carolina where her husband served in the Marine Corp. She enjoys meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
Stephanie started her career with Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2007. As Operations Manager, Stephanie is responsible for billing and payroll. Stephanie has a passion for finance and helping other people. Her love for her job and Home Instead shined though when in 2012 she was awarded Employee of the Year. Outside of work, Stephanie spends her free time caring for her 3 children, Cammiren, Caleb and Caden. They enjoy spending time together, along with their dog Mocha
Client Care CoordinatorMonica has worked as a Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care since May 2005. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services. Some of her main job duties include quality assurance visits which ensure that services are meeting needs of clients, in home introductions of CAREGivers to clients, coordinating care for new clients, and quarterly newsletters. Twice a year, she helps with satisfaction surveys that are deployed to clients and decision makers. Monica received her Bachelor's Degree in Family Science from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and she received her Master's Degree in Human Services from Bellevue University. Monica lives in Omaha with her husband and two boys. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and traveling.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator
Stephanie started with Home Instead in September of 2016 and is
our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She recruits, hires, supervises,
and provides ongoing engagement to our CAREGivers. Stephanie is passionate
about finding kind, compassionate, and empathetic people who have the heart and
talent needed to be a CAREGiver for our seniors.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from
the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and her Master’s Degree in Family
Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, family, and
friends. She also enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and cheering on her
favorite teams, especially Creighton University men’s basketball and the

LaTasha started with Home Instead in May of 2016 as an intern.
She was brought on in a full-time capacity in September as our Training and
Engagement Coordinator. Tasha guides, trains, and engages our CAREGivers in
LaTasha is actively working on her Bachelor’s Degree at Bellevue
University, she also spends time with her husband and two daughters, MaKenzie
and Maleya. In her free time she likes to practice Reiki and other spiritual
Jamie started with Home Instead in August of 2016 as a Service
Coordinator. In her role, she ensures our seniors and CAREGivers have the
schedule and care they desire while also working closely with the Client Care
Team. Jamie comes to us after managing in the restaurant industry. Having been in the food service industry for
over 20 years, Jamie knew her passion was helping people.
Jamie enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her
family- children Ashton and Lillie, and fiancée Shane.
