April is the general manager for Paul and Lori Hogan’s Omaha, Nebraska, office. April has spent most of her career in customer service, first at PayPal and most recently as senior director of customer operations for LinkedIn. April has published two books, “Gratitude at Work” and “Spaghetti on the Wall.”
April chose Home Instead because she worked with seniors in a volunteer capacity for years and wants to make a career out of her passion. Outside of work, April enjoys writing, painting, traveling, walking, yoga and football.
Human Resources Manager
Denise joined Home Instead in March of 2017 as the Human Resources Manager. She has over 27 years of HR experience in many different industries and is passionate about building relationships with people. Denise is responsible for managing the the HR functions as well as our CAREGivers and assist with recruiting and onboarding
Denise enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, dancing and watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers!
Service & Billing Manager
Stephanie started her career with Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2007. As the Service/Billing Manager, Stephanie is responsible for billing and payroll. Stephanie has a passion for finance and helping other people. Her love for her job and Home Instead shined though when in 2012 she was awarded Employee of the Year. Outside of work, Stephanie spends her free time caring for her 3 children, Cammiren, Caleb and Caden. They enjoy spending time together, along with their dogs Riley and Max.
Client Care Coordinator
Corinne joined Home Instead in January of 2017 as a Client Care Coordinator. She has 26 years of experience in youth services and volunteer management. A personal experience sparked a passion for senior care. She enjoys the opportunity of working with our seniors to make sure they can live their golden years to the fullest!
Corinne is married with 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church and school, and being a soccer mom.
Jody joined the company in April 2017 as a Client Care Coordinator. She has 20 years of experience in the corporate world, but a passion for serving others brought her to Home Instead. In this role, Jody builds relationships with our seniors and their families to ensure they recieve the highest quality of care possible.
Jody is married with 3 kids and lived in South Dakota prior to working with Home Instead Omaha. In her free time, she enjoys being involved in church activities, spending time with family, and traveling.
Client Care Coordinator
Carol started with Home Instead in October 2017. She has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska Omaha and has a background in customer service and retail. In this role, Carol is responsible for coordinating care plans with seniors and their families.
Carol came to Home Instead because she is passionate about helping people and working in a positive environment.
Home Care Consultant
Nicole joined Home Instead Senior Care in July 2017 as our Home Care Consultant. In this role, Nicole manages the marketing efforts for the office and works to develop relationships with other organizations in the Omaha area.
Nicole holds a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and black lab, Libby, and fostering dogs for a local dog rescue.
Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator
Andrea joined Home Instead Senior Care in May 2012 as a CAREGiver and then transitioned to recruiting in June 2017. She loves seniors and finding the perfect CAREGiver to work with them!
Andrea grew up in Central Florida, but now calls Omaha, Nebraska home! She is married and has 2 kids. Andrea enjoys serving with the high school ministry at her church, spending time with family, and being outdoors.
Office & Training Coordinator
Taylor joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2017 as a Service Coordinator. She supports our seniors and CAREGivers by coordinating schedules and the best care. She has spent most of her professional career in the beauty industry, but transitioned to senior care because of her passion for serving others.
Taylor enjoys all things pink, kayaking around the lake, and spending time with her pups: Oliver, Oscar and Diesel.
Molly joined Home Instead Senior Care in December 2012 as a CAREGiver and transitioned to Service Coordinator in September of 2017. Having worked with many clients over the last 4 years, she wanted to do more and felt that coordinating their care was the best fit!
Molly is finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at UNO. In her free time she enjoys crossfit, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Amy joined Home Instead in March of 2017 as a Service Coordinator.
