Andy Gorman - General Manager

Andy Gorman - General Manager

Andy started with Home Instead Senior Care in January 2017 as a Business Performance Coach at the corporate office. Most recently he became the General Manager of the franchise office in June 2018. Andy has 9 years of experience in healthcare administration for a large medical company in Omaha. He is committed to the community and serves as the President of the Douglas County Health Center Foundation Board of Directors and on the Advisory Council for InCommon Community Development.

Andy grew up in Omaha, attending UNO and graduating with a BS degree in Biology. In 2012 he graduated from Bellevue University with a Master's in Healthcare Administration. Andy and his wife Brittney enjoy sharing a meal with friends and family as well as serving in their church. 



Corinne Anderson - Client Care Manager

Corinne Anderson - Client Care Manager

Corinne joined Home Instead in January of 2017 as a Client Care Coordinator. She has 26 years of experience in youth services and volunteer management. A personal experience sparked a passion for senior care. She enjoys the opportunity of working with our seniors to make sure they can live their golden years to the fullest!

Corinne is married with 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church and school, and being a soccer mom.


Mark Flaxbeard - Client Care Coordinator

Mark Flaxbeard - Client Care Coordinator
Mark started with Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2011 as a CAREGiver and became the Retention and Training Coordinator in May 2012, which included supervising and training CAREGivers.  Mark also conducted in-services to further develop CAREGivers and held Alzheimer’s and other Dementia Workshops for family caregivers.  In May 2013, Mark became a Client Care Coordinator. He is passionate about making a difference in seniors’ lives.
 
Mark received a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mark lives in Omaha with his wife, JoAnn, and his children. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching baseball.



Jody Gannon - Client Care Coordinator

Jody Gannon - Client Care Coordinator

Jody joined the company in April 2017 as a Client Care Coordinator. She has 20 years of experience in the corporate world, but a passion for serving others brought her to Home Instead. In this role, Jody builds relationships with our seniors and their families to ensure they recieve the highest quality of care possible.

Jody is married with 3 kids and lived in South Dakota prior to working with Home Instead Omaha. In her free time, she enjoys being involved in church activities, spending time with family, and traveling.


Carol Speckmann - Client Care Coordinator

Carol Speckmann - Client Care Coordinator

Carol started with Home Instead in October 2017. She has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska Omaha and has a background in customer service and retail. In this role, Carol is responsible for coordinating care plans with seniors and their families.

Carol came to Home Instead because she is passionate about helping people and working in a positive environment.


Nancy Meier - Service Manager

Nancy Meier - Service Manager

Nancy started with Home Instead Senior Care in July 2018. She attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated with a BS in Business Administration. Nancy comes to Home Instead with 20 years of Human Resource experience. She is responsible for overseeing the Service Coordinator team and assisting with billing and payroll of the business.

Nancy and her husband have two children, keeping them both busy with events and sports. When they get a chance, they love spending time with family and friends. 



Sophie Kluthe - Service Coordinator

Sophie Kluthe - Service Coordinator

Sophie Kulthe started with Home Instead in January 2018 as a CAREGiver and later joined the office as an Intern. She was offered a permanent position on July 2018 as a Service Coordinator. Sophie is currently a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying Healthcare Administration. She is committed to assisting families, clients, and CAREGiver with their schedules and finding that perfect match.

Sophie enjoys spending time with family and friends watching movies, shopping, and listening to country music. 



Beth Culver - Service Coordinator

Beth Culver - Service Coordinator

Beth started with Home Instead Senior Care in August 2018. Beth grew up in Howells Nebraska and attend the University of Nebraska - Lincoln graduating with a BS in Education and Gerontology. She acquired her CNA License and worked in the medical field for 14 years. Beth assists families, clients, and CAREGivers with their schedules. She finds great joy in making those perfect matches.

Beth and her husband recently welcomed their first baby girl. She enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.



Anita Bigger - Human Resource Manager

Anita Bigger - Human Resource Manager

Anita started with Home Instead Senior Care in May 2018. She attended the University of Bellevue graduating with a BS in Human Resource Management. Anita comes to Home Instead with 18 years of experience in Human Resources, serving the communities of Omaha. She is responsible for overseeing onboarding, training, and retention of our CAREGivers.

Anita has two kids who are both living on separate ends of the United States and one grandchild. She enjoys being outside and spending time with family and friends.



Erin Bauer - Human Resource Coordinator

Erin Bauer - Human Resource Coordinator

Erin started with Home Instead Senior Care in October 2018. She attended the University of South Dakota graduating with a BA in Marketing. Erin comes to Home Instead with experience in managing a salon and recruiting for her sorority while in college. She is responsible for recruitment and engagement of our CAREGivers.

Erin has a cat named socks. She enjoys traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with friends and family.  



Michele Hedrick - Office Coordinator

Michele Hedrick - Office Coordinator

Michele joined Home Instead Senior Care in June 2015 as a CAREGiver. In June 2018, Michele accepted the position as the office coordinator. She attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln graduating with a BA in Home Economics and Fashion Merchandising. Michele comes to Home Instead with several years of experience in merchandise sales and teaching at her local church. Michele is responsible clerical administration of the office.

Michele and her late husband have two girls, both attend nearby universities. Michele is a huge Huskers fan and loves attending as many games as possible. She is also very committed to her church and parish.



Dee Dee Elkins - On-Call Coordinator

Dee Dee Elkins - On-Call Coordinator
Dee Dee joined Home Instead Senior Care in July 2013.  She coordinates with the Service Coordinators and Care Coordinators, to maintain good communication between clients, CAREGivers and families while the office is closed.​​
 
Dee Dee worked as a geriatric nurse for 30 years and loves working with seniors. She received her nursing degree in Kansas City, but moved to Omaha to be closer to family. She has one son, two dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she loves crafts, baking and family and friends.
