Mark Goetz

Managing Director

Mark joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2003. As business performance director of the Omaha Metro and West Omaha Franchises, Mark is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, providing leadership for the Omaha franchises and ensuring that Home Instead Senior Care is synonymous with providing the highest level of quality care in Omaha.

Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communication in August of 2001. In 2003, Mark joined Home Instead as business performance manager for the Northeast region. Most recently, Mark has managed the Pacific, West, Northeast and Great Lakes region as director of business performance. In his new role, Mark will continue to oversee the Northeast and Great Lakes region, as well as manage the daily operations of the Omaha franchises.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their four kids, coaching soccer, fishing and traveling for work.​

Taylor Callahan

Human Resources Manager

Taylor joined Home Instead Senior Care in July, 2015 as a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Her primary role is to find extraordinary candidates to become CAREGivers and add to our ever growing family. She also maintains a relationship with our current CAREGivers to ensure their success and make sure their experience with Home Instead Senior Care is positive and rewarding.

​Taylor received​ her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Kansas. She recently moved back to Omaha after living in North Carolina where her husband served in the Marine Corp. She enjoys meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.​​​

Mark Flaxbeard

Client Services Manager

Mark started with Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2011 as a CAREGiver and became the Retention and Training Coordinator in May 2012, which included supervising and training CAREGivers.  Mark also conducted in-services to further develop CAREGivers and held Alzheimer’s and other Dementia Workshops for family caregivers.  In May 2013, Mark became a Client Care Coordinator and in July 2015, he became the Client Services Manager. He is passionate about making a difference in seniors’ lives.
 
Mark received a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mark lives in Omaha with his wife, JoAnn, and his children. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching baseball.

Operations Manager

Stephanie started her career with Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2007. As Operations Manager, Stephanie is responsible for billing and payroll. Stephanie has a passion for finance and helping other people. Her love for her job and Home Instead shined though when in 2012 she was awarded Employee of the Year.
 
Outside of work, Stephanie spends her free time caring for her 3 children, Cammiren, Caleb and Caden. They enjoy spending time together, along with their dog Mocha

Client Care Coordinator

Monica has worked as a Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care since May 2005. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services.  Some of her main job duties include quality assurance visits which ensure that services are meeting needs of clients, in home introductions of CAREGivers to clients, coordinating care for new clients, and quarterly newsletters.  Twice a year, she helps with satisfaction surveys that are deployed to clients and decision makers.

Monica received her Bachelor's Degree in Family Science from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and she received her Master's Degree in Human Services from Bellevue University. Monica lives in Omaha with her husband and two boys.  She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and traveling.

Lisa joined Home Instead in June of 2014 as a Client Care Coordinator. She transitioned to Retention but is now back as a Client Care Coordinator ensuring our clients are receiving the care they need.

Lisa worked in the property management business for 17 years and says she enjoyed managing the 55 and older communities the most. She loves to travel and says she has always felt a calling to work with seniors.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Stephanie started with Home Instead in September of 2016 and is our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She recruits, hires, supervises, and provides ongoing engagement to our CAREGivers. Stephanie is passionate about finding kind, compassionate, and empathetic people who have the heart and talent needed to be a CAREGiver for our seniors.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and her Master’s Degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.

Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and cheering on her favorite teams, especially Creighton University men’s basketball and the Chicago Cubs!

Training and Engagement Coordinator

LaTasha started with Home Instead in May of 2016 as an intern. She was brought on in a full-time capacity in September as our Training and Engagement Coordinator. Tasha guides, trains, and engages our CAREGivers in various ways.

LaTasha is actively working on her Bachelor’s Degree at Bellevue University, she also spends time with her husband and two daughters, MaKenzie and Maleya. In her free time she likes to practice Reiki and other spiritual arts.

Cherith joined Home Instead in September of 2013.  She heard great things about the company through family friends who used to be CAREGivers and decided she wanted to be a part of such a great organization.  As the Lead Service Coordinator, Cherith is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests and assisting all departments with various projects.  Her favorite part of her job is talking with clients and CAREGivers. Cherith has experience in customer service as she worked at the UPS Store for almost 4 years.
 
Cherith was born and raised in Bellevue, Nebraska. She was home schooled through grade school and is in the process of transferring to the University of Nebraska-Omaha to major in Marketing. Family and friends are very important to her and she loves anything that has to do with the outdoors, sports or the Huskers!

Jamie started with Home Instead in August of 2016 as a Service Coordinator. In her role, she ensures our seniors and CAREGivers have the schedule and care they desire while also working closely with the Client Care Team. Jamie comes to us after managing in the restaurant industry. Having been in the food service industry for over 20 years, Jamie knew her passion was helping people.

Jamie enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family- children Ashton and Lillie, and fiancée Shane.

Dee Dee joined Home Instead Senior Care in July 2013.  She coordinates with the Service Coordinators and Care Coordinators, to maintain good communication between clients, CAREGivers and families while the office is closed.​​
 
Dee Dee worked as a nurse for 30 years in geriatrics and loves working with seniors. She received her RN degree in Kansas City, but moved to Omaha to be closer to family. She has one son, two dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she loves crafts, baking and family and friends.
