Meet January’s Client and CAREGiver Spotlight team of Phyllis and her CAREGiver Iris. Phyllis and Iris have been a pair since October 2020. They have more than just a professional connection, they are truly friends. Ms. Phyllis’ son says, Iris’ companionship has made a positive impact on his mother, and that she brings joy and laughter to his mom’s day. Ms. Phyllis is Southern Hospitality at its finest. Ms. Phyllis enjoys sitting on her porch during the warmer months, as well as watching her grandson and showing pictures of her family. Ms. Phyllis and Iris love watching the Golden Girls, it’s a highlight of their day as they enjoy laughing together and say they can relate! Ms. Phyllis says, “I think a lot of Iris, I enjoy her company, and she is always on time!” We are proud to see the bond these two have been building, and how they Share Their Hearts with one another each day staying safe at “Home Instead.”
