August 2021 CAREGiver of the Month - Laura
Laura joined our team after having served at a local senior care facility. Knowing that she wanted to continue to help and support older adults, Laura heard positive things about Home Instead®. “You have a good reputation,” she said.
For the past year with our team, Laura has been providing exceptional care the Home Instead way. And she’s loving every minute of it. “It takes a different type of person to make people accept and enjoy having someone in their homes to help with everyday tasks,” she added. She believes that, while acceptance might be difficult for some, ultimately she is making her clients’ lives a little better. “That’s what Love (v) is to me — not just talking about helping clients but doing it, and enjoying it.”
In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, as well as gardening.
