June 2021 CAREGiver of the Month - Alma
Alma’s clients called our office, requesting that we recognize Alma for the great care she has provided the past year and a half. In that time, she has become like family to those clients.
Before joining Home Instead® six years ago, Alma was a family caregiver. It has given her the experience, skills and confidence to excel in her current environment. And the fact that clients feel very comfortable around Alma is testament to that. Adding to that is her sweet, calm personality; in fact, clients’ family members continually contact our team with compliments about Alma. A team member said, “Alma puts her clients at ease by how warn and kind she is. She is very consistent in how she shows kindness, always putting others’ needs before her own.”
In her free time, Alma likes walking, shopping, going to church and spending time with family.
