“I decided to work as a CAREGiver for Home Instead because of the flexible schedule and rewarding benefits. Being a CAREGiver for Home Instead has helped me become more aware of the qualities I possess to make a real difference in the life of a senior. I have realized that a warm friendly smile goes a long way!”
-Sandy F., CAREGiver
“Working as a CAREGiver is rewarding and good but sometimes stressful at the same time, but I always try to remember the situation of the person I'm taking care of and put myself into their shoes. You have to be patient and understanding, but you also have to take care of yourself too so that you can take on whatever the task may be. I always appreciate hearing the [seniors'] life experiences because I can learn from them and admire what they have accomplished.
-Sue M., CAREGiver
