Arlette Preston is the owner and is a Registered Nurse.  She has been in the senior care business for the past 10 years.  Arlette has a B.S. in nursing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a M.S. in community health nursing from Texas Woman's University.  She was employed as a nurse at MeritCare Health Systems for 21 years.  Arlette's commitment to providing high quality, non-medical services to seniors came from her experiences in watching individuals getting admitted to the hospital, and then discharged, without having adequate support at home.  She was very involved with her parents' care.  One of her first clients was her mother, who received services until her death in 2005. 

Tammy Brown has been with Home Instead Senior Care since December, 2007 in the position of Office Manager.  In this role, Tammy is accountable for overseeing all services ensuring client satisfaction as well as managing the scheduling of clients and hiring of CAREGivers. 

Cassandra joined us in the Fergus Falls office as the Community Service Representative in March, 2012. Our link to the healthcare industry, she is accountable for ensuring people in the healthcare field know what services we provide and how clients can use our services.

 

Cassie had been employed as the Staff Coordinator in the Fargo/Moorhead office for a year prior to coming to the Fergus Falls office.  She has many years of experience in caring for the developmentally disabled.
