Lan Berry - Co-Owner Lan not only manages Home Instead Senior Care but is also in charge of hiring and training all of our wonderful caregivers. His goal is to select and oversee quality individuals who he would trust to not only care for your family, but for his own family as well.
Lan Berry is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia. In his spare time Lan enjoys listening to music, working in the yard, and spending time playing with his two children. Lan spent many years as owner of several retail companies. He decided he wanted to make a difference in people's lives and after much research decided that Home Instead Senior Care was the way to do that.

  Angie Berry - Co-Owner Angie oversees Marketing, Client Care and Billing. Angie's vision is to ensure that we know the client, understand their needs, and assist them and their families in remaining independent and in the homes they have raised their children in.
She loves spending time with her family and she absolutely adores her Grandmother, Daisy. Daisy is the reason that Home Instead is more than just a job to Angie. "It Is Personal" to Lan and Angie. They both feel that Home Instead Senior Care is the perfect fit for them because of their love of seniors and their goal to assist senior's in living a quality life.
 Rebecca Bruce - Scheduling Rebecca Bruce was hired as a CAREGiver at Home Instead Senior Care Dothan in January 2008. After providing over 500 hours of CAREGiving services, Rebecca joined our office staff in August 2008. She manages CAREGiver scheduling and many other duties that keep our office running smooth. Teresa Thomas enjoys her job at Home Instead Senior Care where each day is evolved around making a difference in the lives of seniors. She says she didn't just want any job, but one that would be rewarding. Teresa spends her days visiting medical facilities and other companies who serve the seniors of our community. Her goal is to educate individuals about senior issues and the services we offer.
Teresa is a graduate of Riley Business College, attended Wallace Community College and received her Human Resources Management Certificate from Troy University. She has worked many years in broadcasting as an on-air personality at WTVY-TV which is a CBS affiliate station in Dothan, AL. She enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with her husband, children and their two dogs, Rocky and Boston.

She was a CAREGiver for Home Instead until she moved into our office to help us out with our CAREGiver Retention.
Heather is responsible for checking all those references that Home Instead req so much and We are excited to have her unique perspective guiding us to help keep our outstanding CAREGivers happy.
Heather was a DayCare manager for 13+years before we were fortunant enough to have Heather choose Home Instead to work for. She enjoys spending hyer off time with her husband, her two boys and her exchange student. She is a proud mother of a Marine.  Tracey McGilvray-Client Care Coordinator Tracey joined the Home Instead Senior Care Dothan Family on Sept 15, 2011 as the Client Care Coordinator. Tracey just completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Kaplan University. Tracey also possesses her Medical Administrative Degree, Medical Secretary Degree, Medical Transcriptionist and Certified Nursing Assistant. Tracey is the one that comes out and gets you signed up with the BEST CareGivers in the area. She helps Home Instead Senior Care provide in-home services such as companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, errands, incidental transportation, respite care and much more for Houston, Dale, Coffee, Barbour, Geneva & Henry Counties.
She and her husband have been married for 16 yrs and they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. They have lived in the wiregrass area for 30+ years. Tracey worked for Wiregrass Hospice for 15+ years as a CareGiver and Office Coordinator. She spent 2 years in the US Army during Desert Storm as a Traffic Management Coordinator for a Special Forces Support Unit at Ft. Bragg, N.C. She loves coordinating and providing home care for seniors and those who want to stay at home instead of going into a nursing home. Tracey also has worked in several area nursing homes during her career.
Tracey enjoys her job here so much at Home Instead Senior Care Dothan that, as of Mid-February, Tracey added the Weekend Supervisor position at Home Instead Senior Care to her list of duties.
