Lan Berry - Co-Owner Lan not only manages Home Instead Senior Care but is also in charge of hiring and training all of our wonderful caregivers. His goal is to select and oversee quality individuals who he would trust to not only care for your family, but for his own family as well.
Lan Berry is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia. In his spare time Lan enjoys listening to music, working in the yard, and spending time playing with his two children. Lan spent many years as owner of several retail companies. He decided he wanted to make a difference in people's lives and after much research decided that Home Instead Senior Care was the way to do that.

  Angie Berry - Co-Owner Angie oversees Marketing, Client Care and Billing. Angie's vision is to ensure that we know the client, understand their needs, and assist them and their families in remaining independent. She offers support and assistance to potential clients and their families with questions reguarding service.
Angie Berry lives in Headland with her husband and two children. She loves spending time with her family and her absolutely adores her Grandmother, Daisy. She felt that Home Instead Senior Care was the perfect fit because of her love of seniors and her goal to assist them in living a quality life.
 Rebecca Bruce - Scheduling Rebecca Bruce was hired as a CAREGiver in January 2008. After providing over 500 hours of CAREGiving services, Rebecca joined our office staff in August 2008. She manages CAREGiver scheduling and many other duties that keep our office running smooth. We are proud to have Rebecca as a member of our team. Teresa Thomas enjoys her job at Home Instead Senior Care where each day is evolved around making a difference in the lives of seniors. She says she didn't just want any job, but one that would be rewarding. Teresa spends her days visiting medical facilities and other companies who serve the seniors of our community. Her goal is to educate individuals about senior issues and the services we offer.
Teresa is a graduate of Riley Business College, attended Wallace Community College and received her Human Resources Management Certificate from Troy University. She has worked many years in broadcasting as an on-air personality at WTVY-TV which is a CBS affiliate station in Dothan, AL. She enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with her husband, children and their two dogs, Rocky and Boston.

We are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and Barbara does a great job of handling those emergency calls. She started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in July of 2008 and was our CAREGiver of the Month for March 2009. Heather Martin CAREGiver Retention Coordinator Heather has been with Home Instead since March of 2009. She has been a CAREGiver until recently when she moved into our office to help us out with our CAREGiver Retention. We are excited to have her unique perspective guiding us to help keep our outstanding CAREGivers happy. Judy Blankenship - 2009 CAREGiver of the Year Judy Blankenship is the Home Instead Senior Care 2009 CAREGiver of the Year. Judy has been with Home Instead since January of 2008. She has provided over 4700 hours of CAREGiving to over 24 different clients. She won CAREGiver of the Year due to her outstanding compassion, caring and determination to improve the quality of life for all her clients. John Black - 2010 CAREGiver of the Year John Balck has been with Home Instead since June of 2008. He is currently our only male CAREGiver as well as our oldest CAREGiver. He has provided over 2200 hours of CAREGiving to 30 clients. His dedication to his clients is above and beyond even our standard for CAREGiving. John will do whatever it takes to see to it that his clients have any and everything they need to be as healthy and happy as they possibly can be. We are so proud to have John as our 2010 CAREGiver of the Year. Evelyn - March 2010 CAREGiver of the Month Evelyn has been with Home Instead since May of 2009. Her winning smile, charm and compassion make her an outstanding CAREGiver. Bonnie - May 2010 CAREGiver of the Month Bonnie has been with Home Instead since February of 2009. Her willingness to always go the extra mile makes her an invaluable member of our CAREGiving team. John - June 2010 CAREGiver of the Month John has been with Home Instead since Jone of 2008. He is one of our few male CAREGivers. He is great with a our male clients as they really enjoy talking to another guy. John is also one of our older CAREGivers, and still going strong. Betty - August 2010 CAREGiver of the Month Betty has been with Home Instead since April of 2009. Her ability to handle with grace anything that comes her way makes her a fantastic CAREGiver. Edresse has been with Home Instead since March of 2009. She has provided over 2,000 hours of CAREGiving to 42 different clients which makes her one of our most versatile CAREGivers. Edresse is our “go-to girl.” She can go anywhere and handle any situation with confidence and caring. We are so proud to have Edresse as our October 2010 CAREGiver of the Month.
