We were so impressed with your integrity and concern for our needs. Immediately upon receiving our request for home care for these women, you began making arrangements for them to receive this care twenty-four/seven. You gave a lot of personal consideration to fitting the caregiver with the client, and spent so much time collecting and verifying information that would insure a good match. We found the caregivers to be reliable and friendly, and more than willing to accommodate the personal needs and individual requirements for both Marjorie and Elaine. When an emergency crisis happened, Home Instead Senior Care was here. My brother had passed away suddenly with a heart attack, while Falon was on duty. She was able to identify the problem and get 911 Emergency in quickly. She then contacted the family very quickly to alert us of the situation. I am glad she was there at that time. Lois and Bette arrived shortly after to help with the care of my mother. You have a great staff helping us to care for my mother no matter what the circumstances are. They know what to do.
