Brett Rhodes - Franchise Owner Originally from Houston, Brett has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, he was a management consultant with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brett has served on the Alzheimer's Memory Walk committee and volunteers for Meals on Wheels on a weekly basis. Brett and his wife Grace have 2 wonderful kids - Amber, age 12 and Darren, age 10 - and they both attend Live Oak Classical School in the Waco area. Grace Rhodes - Franchise Owner Grace is a licensed CPA and received her undergraduate degree from Angelo State University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Grace worked for KPMG Peat Marwick and Ocean Energy. In addition to her duties at Home Instead Senior Care, Grace works as a CPA for Cunningham, Shavers, Christensen & Wright, LLP in the Waco area. Courtnie Kelly - Staff Coordinator Courtnie joined Home Instead Senior Care in April 2009. Her primary responsibility is to assign and match our CAREGivers to client assignments and manage client scheduling in general, but she is also responsible for conducting quality assurance visits with our clients both in person and on the phone. Courtnie is also the Local Administrator of our award-winning Alzheimer's CAREGiver Training Program. Courtnie's primary interest outside of work is taking care of her 2 year old daughter, Kylah, but she also likes interior design and woodworking.   Brittny Foddrell - Administrative Assistant Brittny joined our local office staff in August 2010. Her responsibilities are to provide much needed administrative support to the office staff. Brittny was born and raised in Waco and plans on finishing her associates degree at McLennan Community College during the spring semester in 2011. She has worked with the elderly for the last 3 years as it has made quite a positive impact on her life in many wonderful ways. Brittny enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking photos, attending sporting events, and working out at the gym. |
