Chris & Cheri Irons, Owners Chris and Cheri Irons have been in the business of caring as owners of Home Instead Senior Care in north Indianapolis since September 1996. They were drawn to the profession by their compassion for people.
"We wanted to do something that made a difference," said Chris. "We also had personal experience caring for a family member that made us realize how critical in-home assistance is."
The need is clear as business continues to thrive. Chris and Cheri opened a second office in Lafayette in 2006 and a third in Noblesville in 2008.

"We truly have an amazing group of dedicated caregivers who are changing the lives of their clients every day by helping them remain in their homes."   Michael Bowsher, General Manager Joining Home Instead in August 2006, Michael is the General Manager in the Lafayette, IN office. He provides leadership, day to day management, as well as financial analysis, strategic planning and IT management.
"I enjoy putting my skills to work for a company that values its people and clients," he said. Michael holds a BA in business management and served his country for nine years in the U.S. Air Force. Jill Irons, Client Care Manager Jill approaches her job with heart and is proud to work beside a staff that does the same. “I’m thrilled that we can provide relief to families struggling with the stresses of care giving,”said Jill, who has years of experience as a social worker and case manager. Dyane Roesel, Director of Marketing Dyane joined Home Instead Senior Care in September of 2009, with over twenty years of marketing experience in development, research, project management and copywriting. She truly believes the key to success is enjoying what you do and “I enjoy helping others find solutions.” Dyane holds a BS in Consumer Economics from Purdue University. Chip Romanovich, Community Liaison Chip brings a strong marketing and community relations background to Home Instead. With nine years of experience working in marketing in the health care industry, Chip is confident in our services and eager to share his knowledge with others. He has extensive public relations experience, including several years of representing a large hospital in North Carolina, as well as a local hospice. Lara Snodgrass, Director of Human Relations Lara carefully screens and hires caregivers, then builds and nurtures valued relationships with them. "It's all about trust, support and encouragement," she said. Lara has a degree in psychology and also serves as a volunteer and trainer for the Lafayette Crisis Center. Lisa Wolf, Service Coordinator Lisa greets callers with a warm, friendly disposition that is filled with compassion and concern. Whether she is trying to match clients with CAREGivers, scheduling, or instructing, Lisa puts forth her best effort to meet the needs of others. Joining HISC in August 2009, "I very quickly learned that this was my calling," she said. "I really enjoy the problem solving in scheduling and the opportunity to do some CAREGiving has been very rewarding." Lisa also "gives back" by being a member of the Wabash Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. |
