Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners, along with their staff, have a heartfelt desire to work with seniors. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families in Prince William and Fauquier counties.

Jack St. Clair, Owner

Jack St. Clair is originally from Roanoke, VA and has also lived in Boiling Springs, NC and Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX.   In his spare time, Jack enjoys jogging, reading, biking, traveling, and playing with his two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna.  Jack is the youngest of seven children and frequently visits his family in Roanoke, VA.

Jack began working for the Lynchburg, VA office of Home Instead Senior Care in 2003.  He moved in 2004 to the Roanoke, VA office where he stayed for two years.  It was during this time that he and Jacqueline decided that they wanted to open up their own franchise of Home Instead Senior Care.  They opened the doors of their own franchise in Manassas, VA on October 16, 2006.

Jack has a love for serving others, especially the senior population.


Jacqueline St. Clair, Owner/Administrator

Jacqueline is originally from Roanoke, VA.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC and a Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University.  Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia.  Her primary background has been providing therapy for children, adolescents, and their families.  Jacqueline also teaches distance learning classes at the university level.

Jacqueline eagerly embraced the opportunity to join her husband, Jack St.Clair, in the business.  She has been blessed to have close relationships with both of her grandmothers.  In fact, one of Jacqueline's grandmothers received services from the local Home Instead Senior Care office inRoanoke, VA for a year before passing away in July of 2010. According to Jacqueline, "It was truly amazing to be on the giving and receiving end of care.  My grandmother loved her CAREGiver!  Because this business cares about people, it is something I can believe in."

Jacqueline enjoys volunteering, jogging, vacationing with her husband, and spending quality time with her two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna.


Aleta Fauntroy, Office Manager

Ensuring the day to day operations of the company go smoothly, Aleta is critical in the overall function of Home Instead Senior Care.  Our administrative staff go to her with issues they need assistance with and she gives advice on ways to improve the care we provide to our clients.  By taking the time to get to know both the CAREGivers and Clients, Aleta is able to assist the office staff with handling any client or CAREGiver dilemmas with amazing efficiency.  Lastly, as a former CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care, she is able to give different perspectives when problem solving.
 
Aleta is an avid reader and loves spending time with her family. 

Ann Kinard, Registered Nurse

With 30 years of experience, Ann has both the knowledge and instinct that allows her to accurately assess clients and match them with CAREGivers that understand their needs.  Each personal care client and their family meets with Ann prior to the start of services.  Ann's caring personality enables clients to feel comfortable speaking with her about sensitive issues.  Additionally, Ann oversees the training and competency of all CAREGivers who provide personal care services.

Debbie Cobb and Jeannie Carroll, Staff Coordinators

When our CAREGivers recieve an assignment, it is most likely Debbie or Jeannie's cheerful voice they hear.  In charge of scheduling, they maintain regular contact with each CAREGiver and Client.  By knowing the personality and strengths of each CAREGiver, they are able to make the best match possible between client and CAREGiver.

Cheryl Baxter, CAREGiver Relations Assistant

Cherly assists with the hiring of all CAREGivers Only those that meet our strict requirements are offered CAREGiver positions.  Regardless of previous experience, each CAREGiver attends an in-depth, two-day orientation given by our CAREGiver Relations staff.  At the conclusion of the orientation, CAREGivers will have a clear idea of what they are expected to do and how to handle an array of client needs.

Jennifer Bolles, Quality Assurance Coordinator

Working closely with both clients and their family members, Jennifer ensures that our clients are receiving Quality Care and that our CAREGivers feel supported.  Additionally, Jennifer meets with, accesses, and signs up new clients for services.
 
Jennifer is a Master Gardener and sings with the Manassas Chorale. She and her husband have two cats, Fraidy and Angelica.

Jennifer Rahmani, Administrative Assistant

Jennifer provides support for our entire office staff.  By providing administrative help to each area of operations, Jennifer has a firm understanding of all aspects of the business.  She is the "go-to" person for all staff.  Her detailed work and diligence allows the office to flow efficiently.
 
Jennifer is a student at Northern Virginia Community College with an interest in Nursing.  Additionally, she is from this area and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Kendra, Public Relations Coordinator

Always promoting Home Instead Senior Care's services, Kendra is often found in the local community speaking about senior related issues and the many ways we are able to serve our local seniors.  Kendra also works directly with other businesses and organizations to promote our goodwill efforts in such endeavors as Top Senior Model, Alzheimer Memory Walk, and the popular Be a Santa to a Senior program.
