Home Instead of Hickory has served our family since late 2013. We originally needed assistance for our father who unfortunately passed in December of 2013. There was one young lady with Dad who helped us a lot. We then asked for someone to help our mother, and we have been so blessed to have the very same extraordinary caregiver since February of 2014!! They helped match this person to our needs and we could never have handpicked someone more fitting. She works with our routine and has been more than willing to do all that our mother needs, which has been at several different levels over the last five years. We have a rotating schedule for our own care for Mom, and this caregiver always gladly fits right in where we leave off as needed. Those times include days or nights. Home Instead has accepted our shuffling of schedules basically each week as our work schedules differ. We have no cause for worry or concern when this person and this agency is in charge of our precious mother.
