Craving Companionship: Recipe contest helps revive family mealtimes for Frederick County seniors
It's dinnertime, and what your senior parent is likely craving the most is to share a favorite family meal with you. The Frederick County Home Instead Senior Care office is encouraging family caregivers to prepare and share a favorite meal with their senior loved one, and then enter that recipe in our Craving Companionship Recipe Contest. The contest is part of a new program launched to help seniors stay connected socially and eat more nutritiously.
