Jason Sager, Franchise Owner Originally from Midland, Michigan, Jason has an MBA from Louisiana State University and received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Jason was a financial analyst with ExxonMobil and a sales manager with the Kellogg Company. In 2006, he was selected as a member of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. In July 2008, Jason was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Capitol Area Alzheimer's Association.

  Laura McKay, RN, BSN, Director of Nursing Responsible for the training of CAREGivers and meeting with clients that need personal care, Laura plays a vital role in direct care for our clients. Since we do not charge for assessments, families feel comfortable asking Laura about services, medication or medical related issues. Laura has a wealth of experience that she brings to Home Instead Senior Care. As a member of the Leadership Team, all of the CAREGivers performing personal care report to her.

  Andrew Butler, Director of Operations Being the grandson of a Home Instead Client, Andrew had a unique perspective of Home Instead Senior Care. We have been truly blessed for him to join our team. Andrew conducts quality assurance visits at our client's homes. He is responsible for building relationship between the CAREGivers and Clients. Our clients love their monthly visit with Andrew. It is a great opportunity to let him know how things are going. He wants every client to have an amazing experience with our company.

Simon Boyce, Director of Marketing Leading the effort to communicate to healthcare professionals, Simon is an important part of the Home Instead family. Educating the community is the first step in delivering quality care.

John Johnson, Community Liaison
Letting healthcare professionals know about the Home Instead Senior Care service offering is critical to helping families find immediate care in emergency situations. John will work directly with a client's primary care physician, social worker or case manager to ensure a seamless flow of information.

Amy Reynolds, Community Liaison In Fairfax County, there are over 200 home care companies. All of them say they have the best caregivers. Amy demonstrates the true Home Instead difference to clergy, associations, support groups, healthcare groups, anyone that will listen. Amy will also present on many important topic to share the Home Instead education with our local community.

Layne Couser, Staff Coordinator Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Layne attended Calvert Adult High School and attended Coppin State College. At Home Instead Senior Care, Layne's duties include interviewing CAREGivers and performing nationwide criminal background checks. She has the large task of ensuring proper placement of CAREGivers and clients. Shelbee Williams, Community Liaison & Marketing Lead The first person CAREGivers speak with is Shelbee. She has a great way of selecting the best CAREGivers. We do a thorough interview, reference check, criminal background and drug test. Shelbee helps ensure our high standard is met with every CAREGiver. Also, Shelbee is one of the best at giving presentations to many community groups. Ask her to come speak about many issues facing older adults. Jasmine Wood, RN, BSN, Registered Nurse Home Instead Senior Care has a nurse on duty 24hrs a day/7 days a week. Jasmine helps us after hours and on the weekends with new client assessments and CAREGiver observations. She is always more than willing to help answer CAREGiver or clients questions. Trupti Patel, Client Care Coordinator & Bookkeeper Starting as a CAREGiver, Trupti knows what it takes to provide excellent care. Trupti fills many office functions, including monitoring CAREGiver clock in and outs (so we are always on-time) and client billing. Accurate billing and CAREGivers on time are two fundamentals that help us have a successful client relationship. Sharon Jeffers, Staff Assistant Details make the difference in a large home care company. Sharon calls references and employment inquiries, updates training in CAREGiver files, etc. All these tasks are so important in ensuring we deliver excellent care to our clients and that we are the employer of choice among our CAREGivers.
