In June 2009, Duce became the newest member of the fantastic Home Instead Senior Care office team. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Duce started life tough. Scrounging for his own food and water, he ran with the wrong crowd. Discovered in poor shape and with worms, Duce was rehabilitated by friends of Home Instead and the Northern Virginia office was contacted.
Duce was brought to Northern Virginia, and spends the day meeting CAREGivers. He is in the process of being trained and will help bring joy to many of the elderly in Northern Virginia.
He is extremely laid back and loves all women and children. Duce is a little suspicious of guys, though. In September 2009, with 245 names suggested in a dog naming contest, "Doggie" was renamed "Duce."
