John Hopkins~Owner/General Manager

John is a compassionate person who believes in the importance of honoring the elderly and helping them achieve their goals of remaining independent and in their homes for as long as possible. John has worked in various roles at major corporations and choose to start a Home Instead franchise in 2005, in order to spend more time with his wife and four boys.

Tracey Hopkins~Co-owner/Communications Coordinator

 
Tracey joined her husband in the family business because she has a genuine interest in serving others and enjoys the challenges and opportunities of business ownership.  Tracey had her first experience working with the elderly when she worked at a retirement home/nursing home, while in high school. She updates the business blog, Facebook page and writes the monthly newsletters.  When she’s not in the office she can be found with her four boys or volunteering at the local pet shelter.

Barbara Seiber ~Community Service Representative

 
Barbara has been with Home Instead since 2001. She is a wonderful asset to our team and juggles many tasks on a daily basis.  Barbara began with Home Instead as a CAREGiver and soon became a part of the office team.  She helps with networking, marketing and community relations. Barbara also helps in the office as needed. She is truly an asset to Home Instead Senior Care.

Kristy Lobato~Office Coordinator

 
Kristy has been with Home Instead since 2011. She is a wonderful asset to our team juggles many tasks on a daily basis. Kristy began with Home Instead as a CAREGiver and soon became a part of the office team. She helps with hiring qualified candidates, matching clients with the right CAREGiver, training members on our team, as well as problem solving. These are just a few of the tasks she performs daily. We are so grateful for Kristy’s attention to detail and desire to attain client satisfaction.
