Home Instead Senior Care® works very hard to keep rates as affordable as possible. Please note that rates and hours vary by location and the services provided. The following are rates that apply to clients who are served through the Janesville, Wisconsin office.
· Basic Services: $16.50/hr.
This rate is charged to clients who require light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, incidental transportation, errands, appointments, companionship, laundry, stimulation of mental awareness, maintenance of a calendar, monitoring diet and eating, assistance with personal tasks such as clothing selection and morning/evening routines, supervision of home maintenance, care for pets, and/or care for houseplants.
· Specialized Services: $18.50/hr.
This rate is charged to clients who need assistance with any of the above items, but in addition, require a higher level of care. This level of care includes hands on assistance with mobility, feeding, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and/or dressing. Clients who have moderate to advanced cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer’s and Dementia, fall under this rate.
The above rates assume a 3 hour minimum per shift. If a client requires a shorter visit, he or she may utilize our Pop-In Rate, which is $26/hr. and includes any Basic or Specialized Service. Pop-ins are limited to clients living within Janesville, Milton, or Beloit.
24 hour care and Overnights
Some clients require around-the-clock care or care through the night. We discount these rates as follows:
· Basic Services 24 hour Rate: $300 per 24 hours
· Specialized Services 24 hour Rate: $330 per 24 hours
· Basic Services Overnight Rate: $140 per 10 hours
· Specialized Services Overnight Rate: $170 per 10 hours
Insurance Coverage
Some insurance policies may cover certain in-home services. Please call our office to see if your insurance benefits include this type of coverage.
Office Hours
Our office is open 8:30 a.m.-5:00PM Monday-Friday. Outside office hours, please follow the prompts when you call in order to reach the On-Call Coordonator.
