PEAQ is a Home Instead Senior Care program for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality”. As a leading non-medical care provider we focus on the care and services that we provide to seniors in order to ensure we are always achieving and advancing quality. We know that Quality of Care is most important to our clients and decision makers. We want every client experience to be a positive, impactful experience. One in which the client and CAREGiver relationship flourishes; one in which care is provided and the senior’s expectations are exceeded. This is why we have partnered with J.D. Power and Associates to survey our clients and CAREGivers twice a year in order to ensure consistent delivery of high quality of care.

All of our results for both client and caregiver satisfaction exceed our regional and national averages.
