Thank you for the opportunity of working for Home Instead Senior Care. The four years I have spent with Home Instead have been very rewarding. Every assignment is an opportunity to meet new people, and hear their stories. Knowing that I am helping to make peoples' lives easier is personally very satisfying. I have learned so much from our clients.
I cannot compliment the staff enough for all their help and support. So much time and energy goes into gathering the pertinent information on each client and matching the client with the right caregiver. The on-going training and the back-up support on every assignment is invaluable. Every phone call to the office is a pleasant experience, from Pat's initial friendly response, to my interaction with the schedulers. I feel that the schedulers have such a difficult job and yet they are always pleasant and friendly, even when we are unable to take an assignment.
All the attention to detail on the part of the staff makes for happy caregivers and that makes for happy clients.
In our world, the older generation is a treasure of knowledge, wisdom, history, and memories. Each day I sift through and marvel at the value of that treasure and find myself blessed over and over again. Working at Home Instead Senior Care has given me the privilege to learn, share experiences, grow friendships, and help people whom I will never forget. I recommend this endeavor to anyone who loves people.
Becoming a CAREGiver has been the most rewarding job I have ever had. It has given me the opportunity to meet and help such wise and wonderful people. I not only work for my clients, but they have become my friends.

For those of us who enjoy working with people, being a CAREGiver has many rewards. We work with individuals in their homes, help to ensure they are safe, prepare them nourishing meals, remind them to take their medications, ensure they have a clean living area, help them with their personal hygiene. Possibly none of this would be done if we were not there, most of the time you know that its appreciated when you get a thank you or maybe just a Smile. The Smiles are the best. Knowing that you have helped your client have a better day, possibly saved them from a fall, being there so they could stay in their homes, or just have a little companionship, is rewarding in its self. Working with home Instead Senior Care allows this to happen. It's nice knowing that prior to my arrival, someone from Home Instead Senior Care has visited the client in their home to see what their needs are, documented this information in the Home Instead Senior Care binder, and prior to our being assigned with this client we receive a personal phone call informing us of the client's needs, likes, dislikes, and a little personal insight into the client. This all helps when meeting our clients for the first time, and allows us to make our clients more comfortable with us. Letting them know we are interested in them, and we are there for them. As for my experience with Home Instead Senior Care, you've done a great job in not only matching the client with their CAREGiver, but in matching the CAREGiver with their client.
