Lynnae R. - General Manager
Lynnae started working with Mike early on in the business in the capacity of part-time bookkeeper. As the business began to grow, Lynnae was able to also grow into the roles of CAREGiver recruiting, Client Care, Office Manager, and eventually General Manager. Lynnae is the main person in charge of the daily operations and is available to answer questions from CAREGivers, Clients, and of course, her wonderful team of office staff members. Lynnae previously worked in a management role for Providence Health System. She loves spending time with her husband and four children, being outside enjoying her animals, working with her hands, reading, learning new things, and being part of a successful team.
Trina C. - Office Coordinator and Scheduling Assistant
Trina started working for our team in 2007 in the role of Staffing Coordinator. A year into employment with Mike, Trina transitioned into the role of Client Care Coordinator. She currently serves as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Her main areas of responsibility are guiding CAREGiver applicants through the employment process, making sure they receive proper training, and ensuring an ongoing positive CAREGiver experience. Trina has worked in Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Group Care Homes, and has had the personal experience of caring for her grandmother. Trina's career has also included retail management and floral design. She loves interior design, floral design, cooking, and working with the developmentally disabled.
Tina J. - Staff Coordinator
Tina has been with Home Instead since December 2008. She joined Home Instead as a result of working at a local senior center, where she realized her passion for working with senior citizens. As the staff coordinator, Tina works to match compatible CAREGivers with clients and makes sure CAREGivers are at the right place at the right time. Tina enjoys going to the beach, baking, rubber stamping/scrap booking, and most of all, spending time with her husband and three children.
Cindy L. - Registered Nurse
Cindy is an indispesable member of the team. Her main role is to train CAREGivers and to ensure that proper care is being given to our clients who will receive medication services.
Linda H. - On-Call Supervisor
If you call our phone number between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays or anytime on the weekends, you'll be speaking with Linda. Linda has a full-time day job as an employee of Washington County, which she has done for many years. She is energetic, kind, competent, and able to help with scheduling and other issues outside of normal business hours. Linda has full access to our computer systems and can answer most questions clients and CAREGivers will have after hours. If the matter is not urgent, Linda will be happy to take a message and pass it along to daytime office staff members.

Karen S. - Client Care Coordinator
Karen has been with Home Instead since January 2009. She comes with a wealth of business knowledge and has had personal caregiving experience with a family member. Karen meets with prospective clients and their families to help determine their needs, creates care plans for new and existing clients, and ensures ongoing client satisfaction through in-home quality assurance visits. Karen has owned her own interior decorating business and has worked in the travel / vacation industry. She loves cooking, exercising, reading, traveling, and enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown sons and two grandsons.
Kelly K. - Quality and Training Coordinator
Kelly became apart of the Home Instead team in September 2009. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience with the senior population. Kelly has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, specialized in senior fitness for 7 years, and has experience working as a therapy rehab aide and a staff coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Home setting. She has always felt at ease working with the elderly. As our office Alzheimer’s specialist, Kelly provides our CAREGivers with skills necessary to work those with Alzheimer’s disease. She also provides specialized trainings for our CAREGivers in the office and in the client’s home when needed. She helps to ensure quality service by giving clients personal introductions when they meet CAREGivers who are new to them. Kelly finds value in what Home Instead offers and feels that she is making a difference in the lives of seniors.
Jean B. – Referral Relationship Developer
Jean worked with Mike, Lynnae and team as an intern when she was working toward a special certificate from PCC’s Gerontology Dept. in “Advanced Behavioral and Cognitive Awareness” in 2009-2010. She has returned to us now where she will be building trusting relationships with referral providers, and engaging in a broad range of marketing, networking, and promotional activities. Jean has been a High School Teacher, VP of Operations in a company that developed and taught seminars in increasing human potential, owned her own print brokering business, as well as having recent experience as a Community Liaison with a sister Home Instead franchise. It was the personal experience Jean had with the care of her Mother for the last 10 years of her life which inspired her to be of service to other Seniors and work with like-minded people. Jean is a dedicated life-long learner who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, with emphasis on her 1-yr.-old Grandson, as well as hiking, exercising, reading, volunteering with “Elders in Action,” and trying new things.
