Bob and Alison Fanelli, Franchise Owners Bob and Alison Fanelli have been franchise owners with Home Instead Senior Care since Sept 2002. When they started, Bob was the outside Marketer, Book-keeper and Client Coordinator, and Alison was the Recruiter/Trainer.
One of their proudest accomplishments is that as of April 2009, five of their first nine hires are still CAREGivers with Home Instead Senior Care.
In their past lives, Bob retired from Johnson & Johnson after thirty years, and Alison was a teacher in the public school system. They met a Home Instead Senior Care employee in a long security line at the Orlando Airport. She spoke so highly of Home Instead Senior Care - Bob and Alison immediately applied for a franchise!
Bob knew a lot of people needing non-medical help. His mother was one of them. She became their first customer.
Eight years...and about 650 clients and 450 CAREGivers later, Bob and Alison are enjoying helping elderly people.
