Debra Nichols - Franchise Owner Debbie opened her Home Instead Senior Care office in April 2005. Debbie manages the day to day operation of the business which includes many administrative employees and amazing CAREGivers for our clients. Our office is a very busy place and if we are not all working together as a tight team, it would not run as efficiently as it does. Daily our goal is to make sure that each and every one of our clients receives the best possible home care. Sometimes that means getting groceries for a client before a storm, sometimes it means taking them to a doctor’s appointment, sometimes it’s helping them take a shower and get dressed while they are recovering from a surgery or other health illness. Each of our clients has individual needs and our goal is to make sure we fulfill them.
Home Instead Senior Care, Attleboro is a family business. Debbie’s niece, Holly Geribo, has been working at Home Instead Senior Care since it opened as our Client Service Coordinator. Her daughter, Ashley Nichols, joined in 2009 as our Business Manager after graduating from college. In the future, Debbie hopes to get a puppy trained as a pet therapy dog to visit her clients! .JPG) Pat Hamel- Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
