Our Attleboro office is very dedicated to CAREGiver training.  What families really want is "the best care for the person they love".  What does that mean?  Kind, caring and compassionate CAREGivers, but also well trained CAREGivers.

In our office we offer several types of training, but our core training focuses on:

Personal Care Training- Toileting, Bathing, Safe Transferring and a number of other issues relating to personal care of a senior.  This training is taught by Rebecca Newell, R.N.

Alzheimer's and other Dementia Training- This is a 12 hour training consisting of understanding Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia's, techniques to managing behaviors, encouraging client engagement, assisting with ADL's, keeping clients safe, and many more issues surrounding the specialized care of our clients with Alzheimer's or other dementia.  This training is taught by Alice Briere, R.N.

But our training does not end there.  We host monthly training sessisons for our CAREGivers on a variety of subjects such as strokes, heart attacks, vision/hearing issues, hospice, home safety, diabetes, and planning healthy meals.

We never stop training.  We feel that this investment in our CAREGivers will ultimately provide the best possible care to our clients.  We truly believe there is a difference in the quality and level of care that we provide.
