The Caught You Caring program is designed to reward our CAREGivers for the excellent job that they do. CAREGivers earn points for performing certain acts and for reaching specific CAREGiving milestones. CAREGivers earn points when a Client calls to rave about the job the CAREGiver is doing. You can earn points for going that extra mile, when you take initiative to grow the company, when you step up and fill a need. CAREGivers earn points for the extra training they choose to participate in. There are many many more ways to earn points. What can you do with the points? CAREGivers can accumulate the points for as long as they want. The more points you have the higher their value increases. Points can be redeemed for Gas Cards, VISA Gift Cards, Vacation days off, even HD Flat pannel TV's and Disney Vacations. The sky is the limit. We love rewarding our CAREGivers for going above and beyond and exceeding everyones expectations.
