It's the reason why I was chosen to serve seniors and their families right here in Valdosta, Georgia. I have been the local owner since July, 2005. I am a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA, and I have a broad understanding of senior related issues and I have quite a lot of information about services available for the senior population. Vickie has worked in the home care industry for over 15 years. The Staff Coordinator implements and formulates all Client and CAREGiver schedules. As Staff Coordinator she monitors, mediates, and logs all Client and CAREGiver activity. The Staff Coordinator maintains all schedules in our business operating software (BOSS) and follows up on CAREGiver assignments to ensure QUALITY Client service. Regular scheduled quality assurance visits are made by the Staff Coordinator to review the plan of care for each Client and adjust the services as needed.   Rebecca Bradford, Administrative Assistant Rebecca Bradford is our Administrative Assistant. Rebecca answers almost all the incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner. Her role is to field new Client and CAREGiver inquires over the phone and enter the information in our business operating software (BOSS). Rebecca handles all the billing for our clients and helps in maintaining accurate Client and CAREGiver records. |
