A Tradition of Great Caregiving

At Home Instead Senior Care in Frankfort, we reward our local CAREGivers with CAREGiver of the Month and CAREGiver of the Year awards to show our appreciation for all they do. Home Instead, Inc. also recognizes regional CAREGivers of the Year and one special CAREGiver who shows exceptional dedication is the recipient of the national award — The Mary Steibel CAREGiverSM of the Year Award.

This program inspires CAREGivers to strive for excellence. It creates a sense of pride in the fact that the Home Instead Senior CareSM franchise network recognizes, appreciates and rewards their hard work, compassionate care and service to others.


CAREgiver of the Month - March 2012 - Sarah M.

Sarah has been with our office June 2009.  She is a compassionate person who has managed to be the leader of the pack when it comes to her round the clock client.  She has stepped up as a team leader who works well with her colleagues and is respected by all while also respecting all.


CAREgiver of the Month - February 2012- Ashley F.

Ashley has been with our office since December 2011.  She has recently been accepted medical school and has created an amazing relationship with her client who is a retired pediatrician...just like Ashley wants to be.  Despite her busy schedule, she is a great team player and has helped out when fellow CAREGivers have had an emergency.


CAREgiver of the Month - January 2012 - Penelope L.

Penelope has been with our office since October 2010.  She is recently engaged and never hesitates to drop what she is doing to help out in a pinch.  Clients rave about her and wonderful personality

2011 CAREgiver of the YEAR - Sue A.

Our 2011 CAREGiver of the Year is Sue Arellano.  Sue has been with our office since May 2005.  Caregiving is in her soul.  Not only does she log 40 hours a week working as an esteemed Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver, but she cares for her adult daughter, mother, aunt and her son in law.  Sue always does her job with a smile and keeps the office laughing with her humorous outlook on life.
