Directions

From Napa/Sonoma:

Route 29 South. Past the new Super WalMart Center in American Canyon. After Walmart, move into your right hand lane. Take a right into “Canyon Plaza” business complex (Brown cedar buildings with green rooftops). Home Instead Senior Care is located in the far back right hand corner.

From Vallejo:

Take Sonoma Boulevard North towards Napa. Sonoma Boulevard turns into Broadway/Route 29. Cross over American Canyon Road (Safeway on the corner) and take the first left hand turn onto Crawford Way. Take a right into the “Canyon Plaza” building complex (brown buildings with green roof tops). Home Instead Senior Care is in the very far left hand corner of the complex.

From Fairfield and Suisun:

Take I-80 East. Take the American Canyon Road exit. Go right off the ramp and follow American Canyon Road for about 3 miles. You will reach a major intersection where Route 29 crosses American Canyon Road (Safeway on the corner). Take a right onto Route 29. Take an immediate left onto Crawford Way. Take a right into “Canyon Plaza” business complex (Brown buildings with green rooftops). Home Instead Senior Care is in the very far left hand corner of the complex.
