In the senior care business for the past 10 years, Arlette Preston is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Fargo. She is a registered nurse and has a B.S. in nursing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a M.S. in community health nursing from Texas Woman's University. Prior to Home Instead, Arlette was employed as a nurse at MeritCare Health Systems for 21 years and was very involved in patient care. Her commitment to providing high quality, non-medical services to seniors came from her experiences watching individuals getting admitted and then discharged from hospitals, without having adequate support at home. One of her first clients was her mother, who received services until her death in 2005.

In her spare time, Arlette enjoys reading and traveling.

Tanya Jacklitch has been in the position of community service representative since April 2005. Our link to the healthcare industry, she is accountable for ensuring people in the healthcare field know what services we provide and how clients can use our services. 

Tanya has a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from the University of North Dakota and is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys playing sports with her kids or spending time at the lakes.

Nicole has been with Home Instead Senior Care for one year.  She is our Staff Coordinator.  Nicole works hard to ensure our clients are matched well with our CAREGivers!  She also assists in the hiring and training for new CAREGivers. Nicole is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She enjoys spending time with family on the lake!

Courtney joined Home Instead Senior Care in January, 2012 in the position of Adm Assistant/Bookkeeper.  She keeps the office organized and working! 

 

Courtney is attending Rasmussen College, studying Business Mgt.  She enjoys playing sports with her family in her free time!
