The Staff of Home Instead Senior Care in Baraboo

Welcome, from your Baraboo area office staff. We are your trusted provider of comprehensive companionship and non-medical home health care services for seniors. We can assist the senior in your life with homemaker tasks (cleaning, laundry, errands, etc.), hands on personal cares (bathing, ambulation, grooming, etc.), and many other other home care services.

We place a high priority on matching our CAREGivers with the client. We believe that relationships based on trust must be established. The bond that develops is one that fosters independence, promotes well-being, and supports the senior's needs with dignity. We can be your eyes and your ears. And we do it all with a heart.

When you're ready for help, our caring staff is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior services needs. We will offer you a free, in-home consultation with you and your loved ones to arrange for the most appropriate care...and with over 50 CAREGivers on staff, we are sure to find a great match!

By creating CARE Plans, performing service calls, introductions, and quality assurance visits she creates successful communication ensuring that we are meeting both the needs of our Clients and CAREGivers. This assures that we maintain the highest quality.

Tennille is the nurse educator for Home Instead Senior Care. She is responsible for the training of our CAREGivers and has developed our training programs. She will assure that our Clients receive the best possible care by assuring that all our CAREGivers receive excellent training.

Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

krystal.roenneburg@homeinstead.com                                                                                    Krystal is responsible for advertising, conducting interviews with potential CAREGivers, reference and background checks, and hiring new CAREGivers.

She maintains employment records and keeps company forms updated.

Krystal also serves as our Staff Coordinator, greeting visitors in our reception area, taking incoming calls and helping with general administrative duties as well.  By using CAREGiver and Client profile information, she schedules clients assuring the best possible match for both.

Krystal maintains our website and Face book page.  She also creates the monthly newsletter.
