Operation Medicine Cabinet Program
Took place Saturday, September 12th from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Market Street at 50th & Indiana Ave.
United Supermarkets and the Lubbock County Sheriff Office has partnered together with Home Instead Senior Care to protect seniors from expired, unused and potential harmful drugs. It was the first OMC event in Lubbock and it was successful. We collected about 100 lbs of drug for the Lubbock County Sheriff Department to dispose of them in an environmentally safe way. We plan on having another OMC event in the Spring of 2010.  For more information please call our office at 806-281-4663.
