I engaged Home Instead for my parents. My father is my mother's care giver and I could see the toll it was taking on him. A wonderful woman has entered into my parents' life. She comes twice a week and provides companionship as well as light housekeeping. It is a relief for me. My father is now able to leave the house without worry that my mother might fall or something might happen while he is gone. All the people I have met and talked to at Home Instead are caring and compassionate. They treat my parents with respect and dignity. They even clean the house to my mother's standards! It was necessary to have my mother move to Minnesota due to the increasing difficulty she was having living alone, far away from any family members. The services provided by Home Instead have helped so much in the adjustment we have all had to make. This very special person has gone above and beyond during her weekly visits, providing my mom with creative and stimulating activities and encouraging her to participate in social activities within her building. Because we live out of state, we were overwhelmed by the challenges of caring for an elderly parent with serious health issues and helping her achieve her goal of staying in her own place. We will always be grateful for the excellent care Home Instead provided for several years. We appreciated the caregivers who performed the day-to-day tasks with compassion and professionalism. In addition, the office staff was extraordinary in responding to her ever-changing needs, and also showed support and concern for family members. They eased our burdens in difficult times.

I used Home Instead Senior Care when I needed Round the Clock care after a hospitalization. I found them to be very Responsive, starting services for me the very day that I called. They were Reliable, and their staff was always courteous and professional.
