Rates and Complimentary Care Consultation
The Home Instead Senior Care® office of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Los Angeles works very hard to keep rates as affordable as possible. Please note that rates and hours vary by location. Our office's rates are personalized depending upon the level of care and surrounding circumstances of our client.
We offer a complimentary in-home care consultation in order to assess our client's needs and preferences so to provide an individualized or personalized service rate and schedule. Further, during that in-home care consultation, our expert will answer any questions, provide needed resources (educational materials, home health care agency referrals, etc.), and recommend a specific service schedule.
A minimum of 3 consecutive hours is required. Service can be arranged for as little as 3 consecutive hours in a day or as many as 24 hours per day (or live-in), seven days a week, including holidays and weekends. There is no consecutive day requirement.
Flat Rates
Home Instead Senior Care of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Los Angeles offers discounted flat rates for live-in care and 12-hour sleepover stays. **Certain restrictions apply.
Schedule
A Home Instead's client schedule is determined by the client and client's family with recommendations made by a Home Instead Senior Care expert. Although we encourage continuity in scheduling, we are able to accomodate most changes in the schedule as needed.
Insurance Coverage
Some insurance policies and even some worker's compensation awards may cover certain in-home care services.
Most Long Term Care Insurance Policies should cover our non-medical home care services. We have successfuly worked with a variety of insurance carriers in ensuring that our clients get reimbursed by having the proper documentation in place.
Assignment of Benefits
And, in some cases, Home Instead Senior Care may be able to execute an Assignment of Benefits and get paid directly from the insurance carrier. This way, the Home Instead client does not have to worry about writing checks and filling out the tedious insurance paperwork.
