 Laurel McIntyre, Service Coordinator Hello and welcome to our website! My name is Laurel McIntyre and I am the Service Coordinator for the Home Instead Senior Care office of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and the Los Angeles area.
I am a native Californian and was born and raised right here in the city of Hollywood. Before joining the Home Instead Senior Care family in August 2005, I worked for a party staffing company for 4 years and scheduled wait staff, chefs, and bartenders for parties and events in the San Francisco and Bay Area. I have over 20 years administrative experience.
My primary job function with Home Instead Senior Care is to speak to potential clients, their family members, referral sources and the general public about Home Insteads' services and resources. I conduct our complimentary, in-home care consultations and am free to answer any questions about in-home care. I also respond to Client and CAREGiver concerns or issues and work diligently to resolve these matters in a timely fashion with the ultimate goal of achieving a positive outcome. In addition, I process Client billing and CAREGiver payroll.
I get so much satisfaction in the job that I do and take tremendous pride in assisting our senior clients to stay at home where they are happiest. I am honored to be a part of the Home Instead Senior Care family and look forward to making a difference in the life of a senior in our local community.

Deanna Moser, Staff Coordinator Hi Everyone! my name is Deanna and I am the Staff Coordinator here at Home Instead Senior Care of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Los Angeles. My background and love has always been helping people. I previously worked at a Career College in the Admissions Department. I helped people obtain the right career path and goals by choosing a career that best suited them.
Then, I had the opportunity for a staffing position for a prominent staffing company. There, I was responsible for making the perfect match between a variety of different employers and employees. Both positions allowed me to feel good at the end of the day knowing I helped them achieve their successes.
When I learned of the opportunity at Home Instead Senior Care I thought what better way to use my experience while actually fulfilling the lives of our Clients and CAREGivers. Here, my responsibilities are to ensure that our Clients have the assistance they need when they need it most. I pride myself on making sure each Client and CAREGiver are matched precisely in terms of schedule, knowledge, personality and experience.
The most rewarding feeling that I can achieve is when at the end of the day, I know that with my help, I have improved the quality of life of one of our senior Clients and that I have helped employ a person in the community.   Odulia Villarreal, Administrative Assistant Hello, welcome Home Instead Senior Care! I am the Administrative Assistant for the Home Instead office of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood and Los Angeles area. My responsibilities include answering all incoming phone calls, from Clients, Caregivers, Job inquiries, Service inquiries and all other administrative duties.
Before joining the Home Instead Senior Care Family, in March 2010, I worked for a major car manufacturer in Los Angeles for 20 years. I started as a Credit and Collections Clerk and ended my relationship as a Leasing-Analyst. And, now I am applying all that customer service experience to the Home Instead family.
I am gratefull to be part of this wonderful organization...I feel that the work that is being done here... for the most wonderful group of people...the Senior population...is absolutely amazing. To somehow contribute to the live's of our seniors, makes me very proud and brings joy to my life. There are no words to explain the satisfaction that I get personally.
