Our Team

Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in their community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families.

When you're ready for help, our caring staff is on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior services needs.

Kristi, Franchise Owner

Every day we meet a new family, a new client, a new friend. The people in the industry and the relationships that are formed help me to provide the best services or information to our clients and their families.  At the end of the day, my team and I have made a possitive difference one client at a time.

Lea, Community Service Representative

I joined the Brandon Home Instead Senior Care team in June of 2006. I had very little knowledge of the business, and came with only my marketing background, but was extremely excited about the adventure I knew I was embarking on. Since then, we have acquired an additional franchise (representing all of Hillsborough County, FL), and come together as a team. I have grown to not only love what I do every day, but be passionate about our team, CAREGivers, and clients. Our philosophy is that we are here to "fit in" to our seniors' lives, we cannot expect them to operate 8:00 am -  5:00 pm. Keeping this close to our hearts ensures success for us. I have found what it is that I am truly meant to do and that brings joy and a sense of peace to my life and that of my family. Faith has guided us to our successes, and will continue to guide us in the lives of our community's seniors. I look forward to turning the page of each day to see what it is that is in store for our team.

Kryss, Client Service Coordinator

I have been with Home Instead Senior Care for almost three years. Just knowing the difference that we make in someone's life is a very rewarding feeling.  Knowing that a senior citizen's days have been better because we helped makes me feel proud and fulfilled. When I get the call from a client or family member, thanking me for helping them or their loved ones to stay independent in their home, it solidifies my commitment to Home Instead Senior Care, and provides personal satisfaction.

One of my duties is to conduct Home Instead Senior Care's orientation and interview process.  During the orientation process for new CAREGivers, I stress to them that they are not just joining a wonderful business, you are joining a wonderful family. To me, this is not just a job or a paycheck, this is my extended family. From the clients and their families to the CAREGivers and theirs, each has impacted me.  I thank God everyday for allowing me to touch people's lives.

Suzanne, Client Service Coordinator

I have worked at Home Instead Senior Care for almost 2 years now and I have found my job to be really rewarding.  I personally enjoy working with the client's family to get a schedule that works for them and also the right caregiver.  The client's family is trusting us to help with their loved ones and we feel we are like family to them.  At the end of the day, I feel like we have made a positive impact on somebody's family just as if it werem y own family.

To us, it's personal..... To me, it's personal
